After finially realizing the source of my breeding problem (hgss egg moves can not be given in pearl -_-...) I traded that parents to heart gold and one of the first babies had the right nature, ability, and near perfect ivs, quad 31 and twenties all non rng'd :D. Looks like I have a better chance of being ready this weekend, and can possibly sleep either tonight or tomorrow. All I got to do now is train it, train another to almost lvl 100, and get some bp all with the fact I have two more projects due tomorrow for school (turned in 3 today). Ugh summer is going to be nice. Sleep... need...
 
you can do it werecario. i believe in you [no kidding you better do it dont waste my support] :). when i come back on tonight let me know if i can help. i have like 30 rare candies stored somewhere and i can like help you get BP how ever i can. just let me know if you see me on.

I am leaving for Dallas tomorrow so if my flights do not get delayed :/ I should definitely be there.

Thanks for the support :) it really means a lot and if it seems like I wont be able to get there with out help, I'll be sure to take you up on your offer. I have my brother fighting the elite four with the one I got to lvl up and im in battle tower now getting bp so i think I will be fine. And thanks for those who are rooting for me :)

Go Smogon! Lets have Dallas be the place that smogon sweeps the top 16!!!
 
Good Luck to everyone that's competing, and thanks to those that have already said so. I'm excited for Saturday, I'll be there bright and early to get in line and be ready to compete.
 
Anyone have an estimate on when is best to show up to be there early but still able to sleep a little. I will probably be up late training because i am a procrastinator. I was thinking like 12. This would also avoid the better battlers in the front of the line.
 
12 pm is more than enough. it gives you an hour and a half of doing nothing but waiting hehe, but i personally have never been any later than around 11am. you can never be too carefull
 
Well there is 17 of us on the list...meaning if everyone goes there will be at least one who doesn't get an invite...that is of course if we live in a perfect world.
 
less than 24 hours before the event. let that sink in for a moment, let it marinate in your pokesoul just for a sec. this is it and it wont be coming back for a whole year so are you ready to make tomorrow fun enough to last you the whole year? even if you get knocked out.

this is a fun event so loose the seriouse face and kick the jitters.
