Volbeat as a Counter

Haber (Volbeat) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- U-turn
- Toxic
- Encore
- Roost
Remember that Volbeat received a buff in Pokemon Sun and Moon?
Physically defensive volbeat not only counters Gurdurr, but it also destroys
hitmonchan and phyiscal skuntank. Volbeat can stop Gurdurr from setting up. In a 1v1 situation, you should encore it into a weak move, and start racking up toxic damage. Be careful, however, because smart opponents may predict double switches and use knock off on a pokemon that comes in.

Calcs:192+ Atk Gurdurr Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Volbeat: 83-98 (24.8 - 29.3%) -- 100% chance to 4HKO
+2 192+ Atk Gurdurr Drain Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Volbeat: 96-113 (28.7 - 33.8%) -- 0.5% chance to 3HKO

Try encoring it to stop it from setting up.

I know it's the voting stage but I think it is important to add one of the most important counters to Gurdurr who has a really important role in this meta.

Counter

Weezing @ Icium Z
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Bomb
- Will-O-Wisp
- Haze
- Toxic Spikes

Weezing resists every move Gurdurr uses and eats them for breakfast, lunch and dinner (refer to calcs). Weezing also does not fear knock off from Gurdurr unlike some of the other mons suggested. Furthermore, Haze eliminates all stat changes and negates all of Gurdurr's attempts to set up. Weezing can also use Gurdurr as fodder to set up T-spikes. In sum, Gurdurr is hard walled by Weezing.

192+ Atk Gurdurr Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 216+ Def Weezing: 62-74 (18.5 - 22.1%) -- possible 6HKO after Black Sludge recovery
192+ Atk Gurdurr Drain Punch vs. 252 HP / 216+ Def Weezing: 36-43 (10.7 - 12.8%) -- possibly the worst move ever
192+ Atk Gurdurr Mach Punch vs. 252 HP / 216+ Def Weezing: 19-23 (5.6 - 6.8%) -- possibly the worst move ever

Here are the winners, congrats!:

Checks:
Swanna (iRebel),
Oricorio-G (drumstick)

Counters:
Oricorio-E (Dibs The Dreamer),
Musharna (SergioRules),
Qwilfish (Baguette Syndrome)

The next mon you guys are going to post checks and counters for is... Z-Lovely Kiss Jynx!

Jynx @ Normalium Z
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Nasty Plot
- Lovely Kiss
- Ice Beam

Reserving Sableye
Counter

Sableye @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic
- Recover
- Calm Mind
- Dark Pulse

Sableye can be immune to Z-Lovely Kiss and Psyshock. It can also take lots and lots of hits from Ice Beam because of that SpD And now the moves: It can use Recover just in case if it's on low health, Calm Mind to Raise the SpA to have a chance to OHKO Jynx with Dark Pulse, And Toxic for the Prankster ability and it can lower Jynx health even more!

8 SpA Sableye Dark Pulse vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Jynx: 128-152 (47.2 - 56%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after poison damage

+1 8 SpA Sableye Dark Pulse vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Jynx: 192-228 (70.8 - 84.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after poison damage

252 SpA Choice Specs Jynx Ice Beam vs. +1 248 HP / 252+ SpD Sableye: 127-151 (41.9 - 49.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 SpA Choice Specs Jynx Ice Beam vs. +2 248 HP / 252+ SpD Sableye: 96-114 (31.6 - 37.6%) -- 0.2% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Counter:

Metang @ Eviolite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

Even at plus 6, Jynx can't OHKO Metang with either Ice Beam or Psyshock, and after rocks, Bullet Punch OHKOs.
+6 252 SpA Jynx Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Metang: 216-255 (66.6 - 78.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252+ Atk Metang Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Jynx: 222-264 (81.9 - 97.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

Check

Lycanroc @ Rockium Z
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Accelerock
- Stone Edge
- Brick Break / Fire Fang

No games, no gimmicks, no johns. It threatens to OHKO Jynx with Accelerock, and can possibly set up if it manages to force it out. Doesn't have to play Sucker Punch mind games. However, since it cannot safely switch in directly, I have listed it as a check.

252 Atk Lycanroc Accelerock vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Jynx: 270-318 (99.6 - 117.3%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

Who needs Klanklang?

Klang @ Eviolite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 248 HP / 144 Def / 116 SpD
Impish Nature
- Gear Grind
- Shift Gear
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

This mon doesn't care what Jynx does, and can pretty much use it as setup fodder. Ice Beam or Psyshock? Resisted. Nasty Plot? OHKO with Gear Grind. Or would it count as a 2HKO...? Anyway, Lovely Kiss shenanigans? Sleep Talk shenanigans.
0 Atk Klang Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Jynx: 400-472 (147.6 - 174.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Jynx Ice Beam vs. 248 HP / 116 SpD Eviolite Klang: 45-54 (13.9 - 16.7%) -- possible 6HKO
252 SpA Jynx Psyshock vs. 248 HP / 144+ Def Eviolite Klang: 33-39 (10.2 - 12%) -- possible 9HKO
+6 252 SpA Jynx Ice Beam vs. 248 HP / 116 SpD Eviolite Klang on a critical hit: 271-319 (83.9 - 98.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Also this is a Counter.

Counter

Top Kek @ Assault Vest
Ability: Protean
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Shadow Sneak
- Sucker Punch
- Drain Punch

It ain't a real thread without a Kek here and there and this week Kecleon is making his way in to Counter Jynx. I put it as counter because Kecleon can always switch in on one Psyshock at the very least and KO with Shadow Sneak half the time. If something on your team has been Sleep Foddered then Kecleon can threaten Jynx with a Sucker Punch that always KOes. The bottom line is that Ice Beam does minimal and while Kecleon can't switch in totally scott free whenever it wants thanks to Psyshock and Lovely Kiss, it can pretty reliably revenge kill Jynx with a Shadow Sneak, especially after Hazard damage, or Sucker Punch.

252+ Atk Protean Kecleon Shadow Sneak vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Jynx: 248-294 (91.5 - 108.4%) -- 50% chance to OHKO
252+ Atk Protean Kecleon Sucker Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Jynx: 434-512 (160.1 - 188.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Jynx Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Assault Vest Kecleon: 76-91 (23.4 - 28%) -- 89.5% chance to 4HKO
252 SpA Jynx Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Kecleon: 160-190 (49.3 - 58.6%) -- 98.8% chance to 2HKO

OFFENSIVE CHECK

Ninjask @ Insect Plate
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Protect / Swords Dance
- Leech Life
- Aerial Ace
- U-turn

Speed Boost ensures that even if Jynx has the Z-LK boost, it can still Protect to outspeed it. Swords Dance can be used for a better overall set but lacks the ability to check Jynx if it's already boosted. And Leech Life always OHKOs Jynx, I just made it Adamant and put on an Insect Plate for the overkill.

252+ Atk Insect Plate Ninjask Leech Life vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Jynx: 594-702 (219.1 - 259%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Type: Null as a hard check.

Type: Null @ Eviolite
Ability: Battle Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SpD
Careful Nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Swords Dance
- Return

Type: Null serves as a solid switchin to this specific Jynx set. It does not have to worry at all about Lovely Kiss due to Sleep Talk, and has the bulk to avoid the 2HKO from all of Jynx's attacks at +2. Type: Null can respond with a STAB Return which needs just a bit of prior damage to OHKO, which along with Sleep Talk not being THAT reliable, means that Type: Null is not a hard counter to Jynx.

+2 252 SpA Jynx Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 56 Def Eviolite Type: Null: 157-186 (39.8 - 47.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

+2 252 SpA Jynx Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 200+ SpD Eviolite Type: Null: 141-166 (35.7 - 42.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

0 Atk Type: Null Return vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Jynx: 234-276 (86.3 - 101.8%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO
