Tournament USUM UU Viability Tournament [won by dingbat]

Good day, everyone! Today marks the conclusion of the sign-ups stage; however, signing up still remains open until the early half of Round 1 (March 20, 11:59 PM GMT -4). Also, despite the tournament having 64 players instead of 128 as initially planned, the mechanics will still remain the same, but Pokemon in the A and A+ rank will be unlocked during the Semifinal round and Pokemon in the S rank will be unlocked during the Final round.

Again, registration for Substitutes still remain open until March 20, 11:59 PM GMT -4.

Clarification on the base Pokemon with its Mega Evolution in the Viability Rankings: as long as the Pokemon doesn't hold a Mega Stone, the base Pokemon will be counted in monitoring its viability ranking, not its Mega Evolution. For example, if you elect to use Aerodactyl in its base form, it will count as an Unranked Pokemon unless it holds Aerodactylite (in that case, it counts as Mega Aerodactyl and counts as a Pokemon in the A+ rank.
