Alternatively, Magic Guard mitigates Life Orb recoil, poison damage, and entry hazard damage, while Teravolt allows Flutter Mane to bypass Ice Scales and Magic Bounce. Pain Split synergizes phenomenally with Flutter Mane's low HP stat by allowing it to annoy common high-HP Pokemon like Eternatus, Blissey, and Chansey while also preventing Imposter users from freely recovering.
