We 100% believe that PS! pick command is trustworthy soooo
Another fairy that has seen a little uptick due to the tier shifts. This mon's Wish set is quite good as it can take on dragons and Thundurus-Therian while also having quite a bit of flexibility in the last slot with Mystical Fire or Heal Bell. However, this foxgirl is tired of it's Wish sets and she wants to reinvent itself, so let's see what it can do!

Banned Sets:
:leftovers:

Edit: Deadline is Thursday at 11:59pm (GMT-5)
The versatility of this mon is quite poor but let's see what it can do lmao

:choice-specs::sylveon:

Sylveon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Mystical Fire
- Shadow Ball
- Psyshock

Specs Sylveon serves as an effective breaker that can catch many things off guard. Most notably, you are able to 2HKO things like amoongus, bulkier steels, nidoking and more, though admittedly you are a bit prediction reliant. Specs also still retains some decent bulk, allowing you to still check things like moltres-g, hydreigon and more while still being able to switch into foes such as skarmory. There are better breakers for sure but specs sylveon can still serve as a surprise/lure to pave the way for other teammates.

RestCharm Sylveon

(This set has to win because it allows Sylveon to destroy the metagame with its cuteness)

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 188 Def / 68 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Mystical Fire
- Charm
- Rest

General idea

The idea between this set is pretty simple: you have to tank (and survive from) two hits from both sides of the spectrum thanks to Mystical Fire and Charm, which is underrated, but the +1 priority allows to cripple many physical attackers such as:
* -1 252 Atk Choice Band Sheer Force Tauros Body Slam vs. 252 HP / 188 Def Sylveon: 168-198 (42.6 - 50.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
The move Charm can be used as a last resort move before being KOed in order to support your incoming teammate.
Hyper Voice is the mandatory STAB, whereas Rest is the recovery move that helps to get rid of annoying status, especially Poison.

Sylveon @ Metronome
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Echoed Voice
- Hyper Voice
- Mystical Fire
- Psyshock

This was a tough one, but I think I found an offensive set not completely outclassed by Primarina, since Sylveon's Echoed Voice hits harder, allowing you to stack up the boosting effects of the move and Metronome to slowly reach absurd levels of power. Hyper Voice is used when you need immediate power, Mystical Fire hits Steel-types, and Psyshock hits Poison-types.

Sylveon @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Snore

Taken straight from ORAS UU, this Sylveon is able to act as a sweeper with Calm Mind while also being able to both absorb sleep and still be threatening while sleeping thanks to Snore.

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Facade
- Curse
- Wish
- Protect

Set up on something such as hydreigon, noivern, salamence, or slowking, and rotom-w who will rely on burns to take you down and you can set up and spam a boosted facade in front of them.

CM 3 Attacks + Babiri Sylveon

Sylveon @ Babiri Berry

Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 72 HP / 56 Def / 244 SpA / 136 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Hyper Voice
- Mystical Fire
- Psyshock

This set is fairly straightforward, Sylveon sets up in an attempt to get KOes and Babiri Berry makes it so that it doesn't have to fear getting revenge killed so easily by common Steel types in the metagame like Aegislash, Jirachi, Excadrill and Celesteela.

The 136 Speed EVs is meant to outspeed Adamant Conkeldurr so it can still contribute relatively well as a Fairy that can check Conk, while the 72 HP / 56 Def EV bulk with Babiri Berry ensures that Sylveon guarantee lives Iron Head from Adamant LO Aegislash after rocks and be able to OHKO it back in it's Blade form with Mystical Fire. Psyshock is added in the last moveslot to be able to (or come close to) OHKO Nihilego, Tentacruel and Nidoking.

Peep the calcs below : 0

252 Atk Excadrill Iron Head vs. 72 HP / 56 Def Babiri Berry Sylveon: 177-208 (50.7 - 59.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+1 252+ SpA Celesteela Flash Cannon vs. +1 72 HP / 0 SpD Babiri Berry Sylveon: 102-120 (29.2 - 34.3%) -- 3.5% chance to 3HKO
0 Atk Celesteela Heavy Slam (120 BP) vs. 72 HP / 56 Def Babiri Berry Sylveon: 171-202 (48.9 - 57.8%) -- 96.9% chance to 2HKO
+1 244+ SpA Sylveon Mystical Fire vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Celesteela: 236-278 (70.4 - 82.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 244+ SpA Sylveon Mystical Fire vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Celesteela: 226-268 (56.7 - 67.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Sorry for the delay, as I've been quite busy IRL and with some other stuff, but I'll announce the winner and the next mon anyways.

So the winner is TailGlowVM with their Echoed Voice set, congratulations! Your submission will be added in 100 years soon!
The next best thing is...
:ss/umbreon:
So we're going to continue the eeveelutions cycle! Anyways, this mon has seen quite good usage in high ladders and it had sporadic appareances in tours due to it's good SpDef and PhysDef stats and it's access to moves such as Foul Play and Wish support. It's also a quite good check to Mamoswine, Jirachi and Gyarados thanks to Inner Focus as well, however, this mon is tired to Wishpassing to it's BO/Stall partners and he wants to make use of it's colorful movepool, let's see what can you do with the Estarossa favorite cat/fox/whatever!

Banned Sets:
:leftovers:

Deadline is Thursday 2nd at 11:59 PM GMT-5!

Umbreon
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Thief
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic

Umbreon would be pretty annoying if it got Knock Off, wouldn't it? With this set it (kind of) does. You do have to be careful that you aren't stealing a Choice item, but if you can snag Leftovers or Heavy-Duty Boots, you can really wear things down quickly in combination with Toxic + hazards. You are still able to dish out some damage with Thief after stealing an item, and in fact you almost WANT this Umbreon to take a Knock Off, since it allows it to steal another item! Perhaps the best use of this set, however, is as a very effective lure to Pokemon that normally pivot fairly freely into Umbreon, but would be heavily inconvenienced by the loss of their item, including: Chansey, Celesteela, Conkeldurr, Diancie, Hatterene, Keldeo, Mandibuzz, Mienshao, Primarina, Skarmory, Sylveon, Tapu Bulu, Togekiss, opposing Umbreon, and Galarian Weezing. Make sure not to reveal your lack of Leftovers when using this set for maximum effectiveness.

Curse Resto Umbreon

umbreon_by_orcaowl_d8vp4lv-fullview.jpg

Umbreon @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpD
Careful Nature
- Curse
- Assurance
- Double Kick
- Rest

This Curse + Assurance set can prove to be a nuisance since Assurance does double the damage if it took damage on the same turn, so Umbreon gets a base 120 spammable STAB move with Curse boosts taken into account. In certain situations, Umbreon can also PP stall with Rest turns and Double Kick with 48 PP.

I went with Inner Focus on this set so that opponents can't abuse Intimidate with mons like Krookodile or Salamence to hinder the Curse set from doing it's job effectively. Rest + Chesto is to give Umbreon more longevity. Double Kick is meant to hit common Dark types that resist Assurance such as Hydreigon and Zarude. The EV spread lets Umbreon avoid a 2HKO from Focus Blast Thundy at +2, Hyper Voice from uninvested Sylveon and Primarina, with the rest of the EVs going into Defense.

Mimic Umbreon
1638242091228.png

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 HP / 188 Def / 68 SpD
Careful Nature
- Foul Play
- Protect
- Mimic
- Wish

With Mimic, Umbreon can now learn almost any move, The EV spread allows it to live a Conkeldurr’s Guts boosted Drain Punch while 68 SpD is leftovers, Protect is here so that it can scout moves and steal them
