Alright so check out the other topic. Snow Warning and SmashPass both failed to receive even a simple majority. This is huge for SmashPass which would have been permanently banned if just one vote swung the other way, but now it's shoved back down into non-suspect territory. Such is Pokemon Suspect voting. Anyway onto a boatload of Pokemon suspects.

Mew: 8 Ban, 18 Do Not Ban = 30.77% Ban
Chansey: 14 Ban, 11 Do Not Ban, 1 Abstain = 56% Ban
Wobbuffet: 23 Ban, 2 Do Not Ban, 1 Abstain = 92% Ban
Staraptor: 22 Ban, 3 Do Not Ban, 1 Abstain = 88% Ban
Espeon: 24 Ban, 1 Do Not Ban, 1 Abstain = 96% Ban
Victini: 7 Ban, 19 Do Not Ban = 26.92% Ban

Chansey is now automatically a suspect for next round. Wobbuffet and Espeon are straight up banned by receiving a supermajority. Staraptor got a supermajority it didn't even need and that's permanently gone now too.

Mew and Victini, on the other hand, fell quite short of a majority and lose their suspect status going into round 3. Thanks for participating this round you guys and hopefully the server goes back up soon and we can get back to what really matters on this site: suspect testing!
