so if im being honest the sub system is pretty hard to implement since we're dealing with full teams rather than individual players but here's a rough idea of what should work.

Team 1 vs Team 2
John Vs James
Kobe vs Jimmy (ACT)
Mike vs Steve (ACT)

as we can see, team 2 wins the week. However, two of their wins came from activity wins and poor scheduling on team 1. As such, team 1 gets disqualified and team 2 faces a new opponent. If two or more members of a team fail to show and give activity wins to the other team, that team will be disqualified and a new team will be subbed in to play the team that won based on activity wins. The teams that were picked were the first 32 that signed up with the rest being subs, so the 33rd team that signed up gets priority here. Both teams will extend into the next round and get their matches done ASAP so the team that plays the winner of these 2 can also play in the week. Hope this clears this question up for anyone who was wondering about it
