Introduction:
I first had the idea for this team while writing this post, as I thought :life orb::Chien-Pao: could be a pretty decent Mon if paired with the correct partners, since you wouldn't need to use Tera Blast to OHKO :Magearna: at +2, while providing you the same boost on Sucker Punch that Tera Dark does, allowing you to cleanly OHKO would-be revenge killers like :Palafin-Hero:, :Sneasler:, :Chi-Yu:, and :Landorus-Therian:, who can live +2 Suckers from :heavy-duty boots: :Chien-Pao: and securing many other OHKOs against things like :Arceus: formes after rocks. I paired it with an :alomomola: in order to help offset the hazard:chien-pao: would take, and paired :alomomola: with :terapagos-stellar:, since it absolutely loves wish support, and can clear Stealth Rocks from the field for :chien-pao:. With my team currently looking relatively :zacian: weak, and needing a way to immediately threaten :Magearna:, and an empty arc slot :arceus-poison: I originally was interested in this set, but I disliked the poor matchup into :garganacl: that it brought(ladder was infested with the thing), so I swapped to the standard EP wisp set I created back during UUFPL. :Landorus-Therian: was added, as an additional threat to :Magearna:, a rock setter, a pivot, and speed control. :Magearna: is on this team, because it can't not be.
The Team:
:life orb::sv/chien-pao::life orb:
White Knuckles (Chien-Pao) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sword of Ruin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
IVs: 29 Hp
Tera Type: Dark
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Icicle Crash
- Crunch
- Sacred Sword
:Chien-pao: is a really consistent breaker, easily able to get 2-3 kills per game if you play it right. You will need at least 10% chip on :Magearna: before you consider setting up, which is really, really, really, really the easiest fucking thing ever. :terapagos:, :toxapex:, and :zacian: are the only real checks to it. The fact it's not boots might scare some people since your :chien-pao: has 0 longevity, but it really doesn't need many turns to do an absolute fuckton of damage. Don't feel scared to Tera other mons, :Magearna: is trivially easy to chip into range of sacred. A lot of people will see it take rocks and assume :choice band: so SD's are similarly easy, though it's still more than strong enough to make progress without an SD. It has 29 Hp IVs to give it an extra round of :Life Orb: recoil before it dies.

:heavy-duty boots: :sv/alomomola: :heavy-duty boots:
End Love (Alomomola) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Flip Turn
- Wish
- Protect
- Scald
:alomomola: is a really great pivot, you can use it to scout for items from mons like :landorus:, sponge a hit and pivot to a wall against mons like :Mewtwo:. More important than either of those it is this team's fire/water resist, making it your primary switch in to :chi-yu: and :palafin-hero:, which it can tank. Make sure to keep it topped up against :Chi-Yu: teams, it really doesn't take much chip for Fire Blast to break through. It and :terapagos-stellar: is kind of a broken core. Sometimes you'll need to scald burn fish, like vs Tera Ground :arceus-dragon:, but usually it comes in, clicks wish/flip, and switches into whatever beats your opponent. Gets a lot of wishes vs :giratina: and :Magearna: in particular, it's pretty good at absorbing status/volt and healing some guy to full a turn later.

:heavy-duty boots: :sv/terapagos-stellar::heavy-duty boots:
In The Glass (Terapagos-Stellar) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Teraform Zero
Tera Type: Stellar
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Tera Starstorm
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
It's almost always worth saving this mon, I've unironically won matches because a 9% :terapagos-stellar: killed a :landorus-therian:. It's not that hard to get a wish off with :alomomola: and bring it back to full instantly. +1 starstorm 2hkos like everything, and :terapagos-stellar: is really fucking fat, so don't ever be scared to click Tera on this mon. You can get a multiple Tera shell procs if you play it right thanks to :alomomola: , so losing Tera Shell isn't a big deal, don't be worried about it breaking as you spin, you can usually get it back later.

:Toxic Plate: :sv/arceus-poison::Toxic Plate:
Needing/Getting (Arceus-Poison) @ Toxic Plate
Ability: Multitype
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 248 HP / 124 Def / 136 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Bomb
- Earth Power
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
:Arceus-Poison: & :Alomomola: form a core that handles :zacian: really easily, which is great for :chien-pao: who otherwise can have issues with it. The given spread outspeeds all neutral nature arc formes. With this much defense you can shrug off a crazy amount of hits, notably being able to live a :mewtwo: Psystrike. Though being slower than :Ogerpon-Hearthflame: is annoying, it's frankly not that bad for this team, as :chien-pao: can ohko it with Sucker Punch after rocks. This mon switches into :magearna: for free and can make easy progress with Sludge Bomb poisons and wisp. Sludge Bomb poisons are notably good against would be checks like:Giratina: who hates getting poisoned.

:choice scarf::sv/Landorus-Therian::choice scarf:
Shooting the Moon (Landorus-Therian) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
:landorus-therian: is this team's speed control, rocker, ground type and ground resist. It's a good revenge killer to mons like :zacian: and :chi-yu:, while also threatening Tera Poison :arceus:, with :landorus-therian: + :Arceus-Poison: you can check basically all tera'd cm :arceus: with :arceus-poison: checking Tera Fairy and:landorus-therian: checking Tera Poison. After you scout the set with :alomomola: you can switch into :landorus: pretty consistently. 224 speed still outspeeds +1 :great tusk: :Baxcalibur: and Modest scarf :chi-yu:, without missing any notable speed tiers.

:leftovers: :sv/Magearna: :leftovers:
Skyscrapers (Magearna) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Soul-Heart
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 238 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Fleur Cannon
- Encore
- Spikes
If you play this tier you know what :Magearna: does. It walls :chien-pao:, sets spikes, and spams pivot moves. Getting spikes up is pretty important for:chien-pao: to sweep, but you don't really need more than one for any notable calcs. With :alomomola: you can pass a wish to :magearna: versus :giratina: almost every time, and those Fleurs chunk it hard.
Threats
:chi-yu: Chi-Yu
With :alomomola: as our only fire resist, scarf fire blast is a huge threat to this team, luckily, :landorus-therian: and :chien-pao: can revenge kill it, though :chien-pao: needs some chip. You will often see people try to use :chi-yu: to rkill :chien-pao: but +2 :chien-pao: can OHKO with Sucker Punch. Not the worst mu ever, but be cautious not to let :alomomola: get too chipped.

:landorus: Landorus Incarnate
This team doesn't have very many special walls, but using :alomomola: you can scout move and go to :landorus-therian: if it's scarf, and if it's lorb it is much slower than the rest of the team, without many entry points. :Magearna: can dent it, :landorus-therian: can U-turn, :chien-pao: is a 135 speed ice-type, etc, :arceus-poison: is the only mon it can really switch into. The way you can most consistently handle it is to switch into :alomomola:, to find out the set, and then play accordingly.

:ursaluna: Trick Room
Trick Room is really annoying for this team, as it doesn't have a taunt user to prevent it from going up. Substitute :ursaluna: forces annoying 50/50s with :chien-pao:, and can sub up versus a lot of this team for free. Try and preserve :chien-pao: while minimizing the amount of time tr stays up.

:arceus-dragon: Arceus-Dragon
This team is really good at forcing Teras, so it usually can't do the Tera fire flare blitz stuff it's famous for, but if you're worried about a potential sweep, you can always Tera :Magearna: and encore it into Flare Blitz. If it can't Tera :arceus-poison: can wisp it, and if that's dead you can always scald fish. Much like all of the other MUs, manageable, just more difficult than others.

:Terapagos-stellar: Terapagos
Definitely the least tough of these MUs, personally I just go to :magearna: and encore it, if you get like any chip Tera Fighting :chien-pao: can kill it, and :landorus-therian: can chunk it hard. You can also trade with it since this team's :terapagos-stellar: is quicker than most other :terapagos-stellar:. I wouldn't recommend going for the trade, so just try and keep :Magearna: healthy
