If teams wish to conduct a trade, both managers MUST PM Hogg on the FORUMS to have the trade be official. Be very specific, especially when trading retainer rights.

When trading retainer rights, the players of the rights being traded must also confirm their intent to play for their team-to-be at the time of trade.

A retainer becomes official once a manager and the player PM to confirm retention. Retainer official means neither the team nor the player can refuse retention; this means a team loses the cost it is to retain the player and the player is tied to the team with the same sportsmanship expectations as expected from a draft addition.

The Mikan Island Monsters have retained TDK and Poek for 15k and 11k respectively.

The Mikan Island Monsters manager Pearl purchases his own playing rights for 10k.

The Moomoo Farm Cowgirls manager Tricking purchases his own playing rights for 0k.

The Blackthorn City Battle Girls have retained Sacri' for 15.5k.

The Blackthorn City Battle Girls manager Kink purchases his own retention rights for 10k.

The Safari Zone Smashers have retained check out my gf in my avatar and Pak for 18k and 16k respectively.

SOMALIA has left the Blackthorn City Battle Girls team discord and blocked his teammates from contacting him further. As a result, Kink has requested that SOMALIA be sold back. The Battle Girls were allowed one pick from the undrafted pool of players, and have picked EviGaro.

RESULT: SOMALIA will be removed from the Blackthorn City Battle Girls team roster, and EviGaro will be added.

Amaroq has left the Safari Zone Smashers team and has stopped responding to teammates' attempt to contact him further. As a result, the Safari Zone Smashers have requested that Amaroq be sold back. The Safari Zone Smashers were allowed one pick from the undrafted pool of players, and have picked Freeroamer.

RESULT: Amaroq will be removed from the Safari Zone Smashers team roster, and Freeroamer will be added.

soulgazer has refused to play for the Moomoo Farm Cowgirls, stating that he had only intended to play for Pearl's team and was not interested in playing otherwise. As a result, the Moomoo Farm Cowgirls have requested that soulgazer be sold back. The Moomoo Farm Cowgirls were allowed one pick from the undrafted pool of players, and have picked NaCL.

(While I do not allow sellbacks beyond the first week, Cowgirls manager Tricking informed me of the situation during week one, and was only holding off to confirm that his replacement pick would be willing to play for the rest of the season.)

Also, this is now the second UUPL where soulgazer has refused to play for a team, as he similarly refused to play for the Blackthorn City Battle Girls under King UU in UUPL 3. While this is intended to be a fun tour, this behavior is unacceptable. As a player, if you sign up, you must be prepared to play for whomever drafts you. Insisting that you will only play for one team throws off the entire auction and is not fair to the managers who bid on you. As this is now his second offense, soulgazer will be banned from future iterations of UUPL.

RESULT: soulgazer will be removed from the Moomoo Farm Cowgirls team roster, and NaCL will be added. soulgazer will be banned from future iterations of UUPL.

EDIT: soulgazer informed me that he had actually deleted his signup prior to the auction in UUPL 3 but it had been missed by the host. I checked with the UUPL 3 host and also found logs confirming that this was the case. Therefore, I will reverse the decision to ban him from future UUPLs.

(That said, the above still stands: please do not sign up for UUPL or other draft-based tours if you are not willing to play for whichever team drafts you.)
