Ruin Valley Rangers vs. Mikan Island Monsters
SM UU:
Gondra (60) vs. (40) Osh: Gondra's been pretty impressive throughout this UUPL, only taking losses to Vincune and Adaam, both of which are kinda unfair. As for Osh, he has been decent and yea I'm pretty high on him but I prefer Gondra in UU for sure.
SM UU: Santu (25) vs. (75)
Pearl: Pearl is very good at this tier and I haven't seen Santu play a game of SM UU so Pearl is the obvious favourite here.
SM UU: Darksafadao (45) vs. (55)
TDK: TDK hasn't quite hit his UU peak yet and is 0-2 the last two weeks, but I'm hesitant to predict for Safa here despite the strong start. TDK is in general a stronger player but the recent results for both of these means this is for from a forgone conclusion.
SM UU:
Jarii (55) vs. (45) Jaajgko: Jarii is 3-1 and seems to have found a nice groove in this tour, while I've been less impressed with Jaajgko's play so far. Going with Jarii here but tbh I don't know a lot about these guys and it could go either way.
Blackthorn City Battle Girls vs. Friend Safari Pokemon Trainers
SM UU: Amaroq (40) vs. (60)
CBU: CBU's back after being out the last two weeks and I expect him to take this, although Amaroq has been pretty decent this tour. Despite going 0-2 last 2 weeks his team choices have been pretty solid and play decent too, but CBU will likely be one hurdle too many.
SM UU:
Kory2600 (55) vs. (45) vivalospride: Kory's been decent, with wins against Harris and Jaajgko but losses against Misa and FLCL. viv's gone 2-3, but with some impressive wins versus McM and Lycans, so if he can get the upper hand in the builder here, as he did in those game, he has a chance.
SM UU:
explodingdaisies (51) vs. (49) passion: daisies is 1-3, but faces in passion a slightly less scary opponent than Pearl/Lop Kicks/Shiba. passion himself is 2-1, with wins against Sun and most impressively, against Indigo last week. This one's pretty even, but going with daisies because of the motivation/mainer factor
SM UU:
martha (60) vs. (40) Mindnight: The only game I've seen Midnight play was versus Adaam, which he really shouldn't have lost but like it's Adaam so like idk. Also martha's gotta be feeling pretty hot after taking down TDK, which puts her in a good position this week, being as confidence driven as she is. martha probably takes it
Iki Town Idols vs. Goldenrod City Grunts
SM UU: Manipulative (45) vs. (55)
HarrisIsAwesome: It's really hard to predict Manip at the moment, as I have literally no clue which one is going to show up. If we see SPL 8 Manip Harris is gonna have a very tough time here, but if we don't, he's probably favoured. Let this be the week I finally predict a Harris game correctly
SM UU: Charmflash (49) vs. (51)
McMeghan: Uh HELLO this is a big highlight, both of these players have been doing really nicely recently, both positive in tough pools and both pulling out some cool/whacky builds. Expecting some interesting teams here, but even if we get something more standard this should be a very entertaining game.
SM UU: Robert Alfons (35) vs. (65)
Eternally: yea Eternally fkn washed me last week and has quietly put together a very respectable record, while we haven't seen anything from Alfons apart from losing to CBU but like it's CBU and I wasn't aware Alfons was the engaged with UU, so not possible to really take a lot from that. Yea Eternally takes it, more solid, been playing more, washed me ;_;
SM UU:
PinkDragonTamer (51) vs. (49) Freeroamer: Predicting something of an upset here, and for PDT to get his second win this UUPL. Roamer has put together a decent record against players (mostly) on the weaker end of the SM pool, and while most would include PDT in that camp, he was unlucky versus elodin and played decently against Osh. Should be close, whoever wins.
