Usaring is probably my favorite starter. He is not only my favorite starter he can cause some pretty heavy damage after swords dance. Facade as STAB and fire punch for starters like bronzong. And ursaring can easily outspeed most starters.

Weavile is just a basic physical sweeper. Pursuit can easily takeout sweepers like azelf, alakazam, and gengar in a single hit. Ice Shard for for garchomp and other dragon poke's, brick break for t-tar and steel type pokemon like lucario. And finnaly aerial ace for either lucario or heracross.

Uxie is mainly my stealth rocker. Usely its stealth rock, then yawn for them to fall asleep next turn then U-turn. If i were to happen to run into gengar and other ghosts i can easily take out with psychic, and pyschics with u-turn

Mixed sweeper comes in handy ALOT! I usely switch him in mid or late game game then he can just sweep the rest of the opponents team, and with 180 base speed he can easily outspeed scarfed gengar

I definitely question your Ursaring lead. You say it outspeeds most leads, but a Max +Spd Ursaring reaches 229 Spd, certainly slower than MANY of the leads in OU. Azelf, Infernape, Crobat, Gengar, Salamence, Gyarados, just to name a few. All of them can at least 2HKO you. I would instead, maybe suggest using Weavile as your lead, possibly with this set from the analysis:

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature

-Counter
-Night Slash/ Ice Punch

This way, you can counter many opposing leads, and allows your Ursaring to sweep later in the game. I would also recommend Toxic Orb on Ursaring, as this combined with Facade means that he will OHKO EVERYTHING that doesnt resist it.

Other than that, you have 3 members weak to ghost AND dark attacks, and while you say Deoxys-E outspeeds ScarfGar, it DOES NOT. I REPEAT DOES NOT. Max Spd Timid ScarfGar reaches 525 Spd, far surpassing a Deoxy-E with only 96 Spd EVs, and even outspeeding Max Spd Naive Deoxys-E. Furthermore, you have Trick Room on your Dusknoir, but you have Deoxys-E and Weavile??? Wtf? That hinders your team, completely ruining his main advantage for using him at all (his 180 base speed). Don't use it unless you're running a trick room team! If you wanted a wall, you already have Skarmory as a physical wall, so maybe Blissey over Dusknoir, giving you a Ghost switch in, and the SkarmBliss combo. Plus, since your setting up SR and Spikes, Toxic on Bliss could help to rack up damage.
