Virtually always paired with the Sea Basin Pokemon, Tornadus's main job is to set up priority Tailwind thanks to Prankster, allowing Kyogre to outspeed its opponents and deal massive damage with Water Spout before taking any damage. Hurricane is Tornadus’s STAB move of choice, since it is perfectly accurate under rain and removes Kyogre's checks like Rillaboom and Whimsicott. Rain Dance allows Tornadus to reset rain whenever Groudon hits the field, but Taunt is also an option to deny Trick Room setup.

Known to be Kyogre's partner in crime, Tornadus is a great supportive support Pokémon, not only for the Sea Basin Pokémon but Zacian-C and Landorus-T as well! (you never mention these two anywhere else in the spotlight so unless you want to write another sentence explaining why or expand another I'm cutting them)

With the combination of Prankster and Tailwind, Tornadus goes straight to the point with its Speed control, allowing your team to storm through the opposing team (the sentence is a bit too general and doesn't really explain why tailwind is so important, of course I'm talking about Water Spout which NEEDS to hit before opponents otherwise it's useless; I'd like to see more emphasis on that aspect).

The content is okish but your phrasing is lacking, and while I can understand what you mean because I know the meta, someone less knowledgeable might get confused.
I didn't touch the sentences and limited myself to giving advice, but let me know if you need a helping hand figuring out how to better write your sentences.
I also divided the sentences so that you wouldn't get confused with the colors but remember to put them back to the original formatting before you ping me again.
