I will admit this set has become less common over the time but it still does the work you want it for, albite no Emboar. In return you can Glare rendering it pretty much useless or you can dragon tail, use it as rock bait or whatever you please as no move does significant enough damage without being suicide.

Probably one of the best checks to cinccino due to the fact that it doesnt care about knock off due to the effect of its steel memory can relatively easily deal with tail slaps although beware that it can 3hko bullet seed doesnt do crap to it and can flash cannon its way through plus it can parting shot if needed to get momentum and makes it easier to punish.

Plain and simple, nothing complex just raw offensive Pixie power. It comes in, it attacc but most importantly it specc. Specs whimsicot outright OHKO's unboosted and doesn't care about basically any level of set up as long as it isn't tactfully worn down, even if so, there is Specs Giga Drain to make it harder to do that. U-turn pivots when silvally-steel comes into the equation and Psychic is still favored as a play with venu/bat in the back because tomb does so little back to whimsi.
And this doesn't even mention Sub-Seed!!!1! (because this is pressure Cro-tomb and not Infiltrator it actually would also ruin it's day compleatly, possibly even harder then specs but in current meta Sub-Seed is odd.)
