I'm gonna assume we don't have to get creative but this one is pretty self explanatory.
Going to list this as a counter, due to Slowbro's insane defense stats, it shakes off anything Zygarde can throw at it. Slowbro can easily set up against it while not being afraid of possible critical strike chances due to its Ability. On top of its setting up capabilities and insane defenses it gets the most broken move in the game Scald. So having 100% chance to burn will make that Lum Berry basically useless.

(If you wanna be more of a douchebag to Zygarde, easily max out your Defenses n_n)

Since Slowbro carrying Iron Defense its defense will make its damage look like nothing.

Bronzong resists/is immune to literally every move that Zygarde can throw at it and doesn't take jack sh*t from it. Able to 3HKO non-Yache variants with HP Ice, although either way it makes very little difference here really.

Even Toge without twave being a bit strange, dual stab defensive toge is very cool(specially paired with twave spam of ttar/fable/anything). In this case, it completely shut down Zygarde without stone edge and 2hkoes with dazzling gleam. HP Ice is an option if you wanna hit lando and chomp, too. Anyway, if Zygarde has Stone Edge, you will lose 1v1 even with charti berry.

So I know Quagsire is the best counter to literally like 70%+ of setup sweepers, but I'm uncreative and really tired so here it is.
Thanks to Unaware, Quagsire is able to ignore every boost Zygarde could have. It doesn't really appreciate Adamant Life Orb Outrage, but since Life Orb isn't slashed, it's still a counter (Life Orb Adamant Outrage has a really small chance to 2HKO, so I put it as a soft counter). It is able to slowly whittle Zygarde's health away with Scald / Scald burns, Earthquake or Toxic while Recovering off any lost HP.
252+ Atk Zygarde Outrage vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Quagsire: 144-171 (36.5 - 43.4%) -- 99.1% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Choice Band Azumarill is one of the most commonly used Pokemon in OU, and has various sets, Choice Band being one of them. Because of this, Azumarill is able to be placed on many teams as a powerful, yet bulky wallbreaker, and has the ability to revenge-kill with priority STAB move in Aqua Jet. It's wide movepool means it is able to hit many Pokemon, and this is why I chose Azumarill as my check to Zygarde. The star of this set is Play Rough, as it OHKOs Zygarde. If Zygarde manages to hang on, Azumarill can use Aqua Jet, provided that Zygarde doesn't use Extreme Speed, in which case it goes first. Here are some calcs to show how they both fare against each other:

Tangrowth, even with a specially defensive spread, has got the raw bulk to take every attack Zygarde throws at it bar a +1 Outrage (still, it's not a OHKO). Most of the time you should switch-in while Zygarde sets up a Dragon Dance or on an unboosted EQ or Extreme Speed and wear the dragon down with Knock Off + HP Ice.
