[SET COMMENTS]
Volcarona's expansive movepool, access to Quiver Dance, and item in Heavy-Duty Boots helps establish itself as a threatening sweeper in OU. Quiver Dance gives Volcarona its sweeping potential and allows it to muscle past opposing Pokemon. Flamethrower is used due to having higher PP and more power than Fiery Dance, though Fiery Dance is also an option to potentially boost Volcarona's Special Attack. Roost ensures Volcarona's longevity, allows it to come in repeatedly during a game, and gives it safer setup opportunities in tandem with Safeguard. Safeguard prevents status conditions, allowing Volcarona to set up without fear of Toxic or Thunder Wave. This lets Volcarona beat common checks such as Blissey, Toxic Rotom-H, and Thunder Wave Slowbro and use them as setup fodder. Safeguard also allows Volcarona's teammates, such as Rillaboom, to switch in without fear of status, such as Scald burns or Thunder Wave. Psychic can also be used in order to hit Toxapex super effectively.

Safeguard Volcarona is countered by Toxapex, so pairing Volcarona with Toxapex lures such as Block Spite Toxapex, Trick Clefable, and Calm Mind + Thunderbolt Clefable allows it to sweep more effectively. Teleport users like Blissey, Clefable, and Slowbro can bring in Volcarona without fear of status or Knock Off; the latter also appreciates Volcarona's ability to sponge Bug- and Grass-type moves such as Scizor's U-turn and Rillaboom's Wood Hammer. Spikes support from Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Skarmory help weaken Volcarona's checks and counters. Volcarona's sweeping potential is crippled by status, so clerics such as Aromatherapy Blissey and Clefable make for good teammates.

[SET COMMENTS]
This set aims to sweep through weakened teams thanks to Volcarona's access to Quiver Dance and great coverage, trading longevity from Roost with excellent coverage moves. Flamethrower is used over Fire Blast due to its higher accuracy, though Fire Blast is an option for more raw power, being able to OHKO Zeraora at +1, unlike Flamethrower. Psychic is able to hit Toxapex and Kommo-o super effectively. Bug Buzz hits Pokemon such as Slowbro and Hydreigon that resist or are immune to Flamethrower and Psychic, as well as Crawdaunt on the switch.

This Volcarona set fits best on offensively oriented teams due to its lack of longevity and ability to overwhelm the opponent offensively. Volcarona should try to avoid setting up until Pokemon that counter it such as Blissey are weakened or cleared from the game, so Pokemon such as Magnezone, Togekiss, and Kyurem that can wear Blissey and Chansey down are good teammates. Access to Knock Off and U-turn, as well as Grassy Terrain support, makes Rillaboom a fantastic teammate for Volcarona. Rillaboom also appreciates Volcarona's ability to remove Steel-types, such as Skarmory, Corviknight, and Ferrothorn, from the game while also threatening Water- and Rock-types, such as Toxapex and Tyranitar, that Volcarona is vulnerable to.

Volcarona's expansive movepool allowing it to adapt to metagame trends fluff*, access to Quiver Dance, and the addition of Heavy-Duty Boots, has allowed Volcarona to establish itself as a huge metagame threat as a sweeper. Without dedicated checks, teams risk losing at preview to Volcarona. fluff* Quiver Dance gives Volcarona it's sweeping potential and allows it to muscle past opposing pokemon. Flamethrower is used due to having higher PP and more power than Fiery Dance, though Fiery Dance, with it's ability to boost SpA, is also an option. Roost ensures Volcarona's longevity, and allows it to come in repeatedly during a game without fear of ruining it's sweeping potential. Safeguard prevents status conditions, allowing Volcarona to set up without fear of Toxic or Thunder Wave. This in combination with Roost lets Volcarona beat common checks Blissey and Chansey 1v1, and use them as setup fodder. Psychic can also be used in order to hit Toxapex super effectively.

*Fluff is background info that doesn't really belong on dex analyses like these.

Talk about how this set fits best on teams that are more defensively oriented.
Safeguard Volcarona is countered by Toxapex so pairing Volcarona with Toxapex lures such as Block Spite Toxapex or Choice Specs Dragapult Trick Clefable allows Volcarona to effectively sweep. Specially offensive pokemon, such as Kyurem and Hydreigon, appreciate Volcarona's ability to lure Blissey and Chansey and remove it. They have the option to switch out of Volcarona, so I don't think this is particularly noteworthy. Teleport users like Blissey, Clefable, and Slowbro can bring in Volcarona without fear of status or Knock Off, while also appreciating the latter appreciates Volcarona's ability to sponge Bug and Grass type moves give examples. Add a sentence about Volcarona appreciating Spikes support from Ferrothorn or Skarmory. I think Aromatherapy users being able to cure Volcarona from status is also worth mentioning.

This set aims to sweep through weakened teams thanks to Quiver Dance and Volcarona's great coverage, trading longetivity with Roost with Volcarona's excellent coverage moves. Flamethrower is used over Fire Blast due to it's higher accuracy, though Fire Blast is an option if the raw power provided by it is preffered over the accuracy increase. You should give examples of where Fire Blast nets meaningful KOs; unlike Flamethrower, +1 Fire Blast reliably OHKOs Zeraora for instance. Psychic after a Quiver Dance is able to OHKO physically defensive Toxapex after Stealth Rocks and 2 Spikes. This is oddly specific, just say it hits Toxapex and Kommo-o. Bug Buzz hits Dark types such as Crawdaunt and Hydreigon that resist or are immune to Flamethrower and Psychic. Slowbro should definitely be mentioned as a Bug Buzz target. Maybe say "threatens" rather than "hits" as you can only hit Crawdaunt on the switch, since it can OHKO Volcarona with Aqua Jet otherwise.

Talk about how this set fits best on teams that are more offensively oriented. Volcarona should try to avoid setting up until pokemon that counter it such as Blissey are weakened or cleared from the game, so pokemon such as Magnezone, Togekiss, and Kyurem that can wear Blissey and Chansey down are good teammates. Volcarona's sweeping potential is crippled by status, so clerics such as Heal Bell Blissey make for good teammates. I'd say this is a suitable partner moreso for bulky Volcarona than this one. Knock Off support is also appreciated for it's ability to remove items from Volcarona's checks and counters. This is true for any Pokemon really. Access to Knock Off and U-turn make Rillaboom a fantastic teammate for Volcarona, it also appreciates Volcarona's ability to remove Steel-types such as Corviknight, Skarmory, and Ferrothorn from the game, while also threatening the water and rock types, such as Toxapex and Tyranitar, that Volcarona is vulnerable to.

Roost ensures Volcarona's longevity, and allows it to come in repeatedly during a game without fear of ruining it's sweeping potential. I'd argue Roost's biggest boon isn't allowing it to pivot but rather that having reliable recovery gives it more and safer setup opportunities, especially in tandem with Safeguard.

Safeguard Bulky Volcarona fits best on more defensively oriented teams as it is able to repeatedly switch in and pressure the opponent without comprimising it's sweeping potential. Again, while Volcarona can come in on threats like Rillaboom (and potentially burn them with Flame Body) it's always gonna be risky due to the threat of Knock Off. It's still a setup sweeper first and foremost. The main reason it's used on defensive teams is because they have the means of gradually wearing down the opposing team with hazards, status, and Knock Off, giving Volcarona the best opportunities possible to set up and sweep (and these opportunities are most plentiful with bulk and Roost). I think you should rephrase this first sentence to reflect that. Safeguard Volcarona is countered by Toxapex so pairing Volcarona with Toxapex lures such as Block Spite Toxapex or Trick Clefable allows Volcarona to effectively sweep. Teleport users like Blissey, Clefable, and Slowbro can bring in Volcarona without fear of status or Knock Off, while the latter appreciates Volcarona's ability to sponge Bug and Grass type moves such as Rillaboom's Wood Hammer and Scizor's U-turn. Spikes support from pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Skarmory help weaken Volcarona's checks and counters. Volcarona's sweeping potential is crippled by status, so clerics such as Heal Bell Aromatherapy Blissey and Clefable make for good teammates. It might be a bit nitpicky but I prefer going with Aromatherapy over Heal Bell wherever possible because it's strictly better due to being unaffected by Throat Chop.

It's probably worth mentioning that Volcarona appreciates Rillaboom's Grassy Terrain too.

In retrospect, I think you should change the stuff about bulky Volcarona fitting best on defensive teams after all, as it (and Volcarona in general) has found some solid success on offensive teams on the OLT ladder since my check.

This lets Volcarona beat common checks Blissey and Chansey 1v1, and use them as setup fodder.
I'd replace Chansey's mention as it has fallen off almost entirely. Other things you could mention alongside Blissey are Toxic Rotom-Heat, Thunder Wave Slowbro, Toxic Mandibuzz, Toxic Kommo-O, and Toxic Torkoal. I'll let you decide which to add alongside Blissey, but you really only need 1-2 of them.

Safeguard Volcarona is countered by Toxapex so pairing Volcarona with Toxapex lures such as Block Spite Toxapex or Trick Clefable allows Volcarona to effectively sweep.
I'd add Calm Mind + Thunderbolt Clefable to this list, too. But yep, good point overall.

rest seems fine, 2/2
