[SET COMMENTS]
Volcarona is a great sweeper on offense teams, thanks to Quiver Dance, strong STAB moves, and solid coverage options, while also providing crucial defensive utility by checking the likes of Mega Scizor, Rillaboom, Kartana, and Kyurem. Psychic hits many of its checks, such as Toxapex and Kommo-o. Volcarona can also run Hidden Power Ground to hit one of its best counters in Heatran, but this causes it to falter against Pokemon like Toxapex and Kommo-o. Heavy-Duty Boots maintains Volcarona's defensive utility through Stealth Rock and gives it better opportunities to set up; meanwhile, Psychium Z allows it to deal incredible neutral damage with a Shattered Psyche at the cost of taking entry hazard damage. Flame Body can punish physical attackers like Rillaboom, Mega Scizor, and Mega Mawile, while a Timid nature lets it naturally outspeed Pokemon like Kyurem, Excadrill, and Urshifu-R, as well as Choice Scarf Landorus-T after a Quiver Dance boost. Modest can be used if more power is desired, grabbing notable KOs such as Kommo-o, Mega Tyranitar, and Garchomp, but Volcarona ends up easier to revenge kill by the likes of Choice Scarf Landorus-T and Mega Garchomp before a boost.

Volcarona mainly fits on hyper offense, teams as they appreciate the defensive utility and firepower it brings; in return, Volcarona appreciates hyper offense teammates weakening its checks and counters, as there are a lot of situations where it cannot set up and sweep. Entry hazards delay it if it's been hit by Knock Off, and a healthy Tyranitar, Garchomp, or Heatran can take a hit and KO it back. Good examples of powerful teammates are Bisharp, Rillaboom, Garchomp, and Mega Medicham. Meanwhile, cleaners like Hawlucha, Rillaboom, and Mega Gyarados can clean up late-game after Volcarona has broken through the opposing team. Serperior makes a stellar offensive core with Volcarona as Volcarona handles many of Serperior's checks such as Heatran, Corviknight, and Amoonguss, and Serperior's Glare can give Volcarona better opportunities to set up. Hazard control is also incredibly important when using Volcarona, encouraging teammates like Kartana, Corviknight, Excadrill, and Tapu Fini. Non-Heavy-Duty Boots variants used on HO absolutely need hazard removal through the likes of Excadrill or Regieleki to function. Leads such as Taunt Mew and Excadrill can stop Stealth Rock from being on the field, which Volcarona appreciates, and dual screens support through Grimmsnarl or Tapu Koko makes Volcarona harder to take down and give it more opportunities to set up. Lastly, Gliscor can freely set up on Volcarona's best counters: Heatran, Toxapex, and Blissey.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

A bulky Quiver Dance set with Roost is an option on bulkier teams, as it has a lot of defensive utility from switching into the likes of Kyurem, Clefable, Mega Scizor, Rillaboom, and Kartana. However, its reliance on Heavy-Duty Boots means it is crippled incredibly hard by Knock Off, and its limited coverage due to only having two attacks can make it hard to sweep. Giga Drain hits Pokemon like Gastrodon and Tapu Fini super effectively, but it's generally less useful than the listed coverage options.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Specially Bulky Pokemon**: Pokemon like Blissey, Chansey, Toxapex, Gastrodon, and Heatran are able to take anything Volcarona hits them with, unless it's set up a lot of Quiver Dances, and threaten it back with Toxic or Clear Smog. However, Heatran and Toxapex should be wary of Hidden Power Ground and Psychic variants, respectively. Pokemon like Garchomp, Tyranitar, and Mega Tyranitar can take a hit from Volcarona at full health and KO back with a powerful Stone Edge; however, they fear a +1 Bug Buzz if they are slightly chipped.

**Faster Pokemon and Priority**: Pokemon that are faster than Volcarona like Garchomp, Greninja, and Mega Diancie can hit it with a super effective attack before it can set up; meanwhile, priority users like Ash-Greninja, Mega Mawille, Mega Medicham, Urshifu-R, and Mega Lopunny can chip down and revenge kill Volcarona. Lastly Choice Scarf users such as Victini can outspeed and KO Volcarona even after a boost.

**Knock Off**: Due to Volcarona's reliance on its Heavy-Duty Boots, it cant risk setting up on the likes of Ferrothorn, Rillaboom, and Mega Scizor. Psychium Z variants don't have to worry about Knock Off, though.

**Status**: Status makes it incredibly hard for Volcarona to sweep, as paralysis from the likes of Serperior, Clefable, and Blissey means it cant freely switch in and set up on these Pokemon, and Toxic from the likes of Chansey, Toxapex, and Heatran will severely hinder its longevity.

Volcarona is a staple on offense builds, as it provides incredibly useful defensive utility and important resists to many Pokemon its teammates can struggle against, such as Kartana, Mega Scizor, Mega Mawile, Kyurem, Rillaboom, and Mega Lopunny. Mention that alongside this defensive utility its an incredible sweeper Quiver Dance allows Volcarona to set up and be a threat, using its powerful STAB combination and good coverage options, Psychic allows Volcarona to hit many of its checks, such as Toxapex, Kommo-o, and Pelipper, Talk about Psychium turning psychic into smth that can rip mons like Toxapex, Fini, and ZardY apart Volcarona can also run Hidden Power Ground, which allows it to hit one of its best Counters in Heatran, while still hitting a lot of other Pokemon super effectively. but causes Volcarona to falter against Pokemon like Toxapex. Talk about the merits of Flame Body and potentially Timid vs Modest

Volcarona appreciates being paired up with Pokemon that can help it pressure Water-types, aswell as Specially bulky Pokemon, Teammates like Rillaboom, Tapu Fini, Kommo-o, and Mega Gyarados help pressure Pokemon that hinder Volcarona from Sweeping like Toxapex, Blissey, and Heatran, meanwhile Volcarona checks Pokemon like Clefable, Mega Scizor, Ferrothorn and Slowbro for them. This must be elaborated on. Volcarona has several matchups where it simply can’t make immediate progress. These situations include if Stealth Rock is up, whether Tyranitar and Garchomp are at sufficient health, facing a Pex/Heatran with HP Ground/Psychic Volc, etc. You need to talk about how these matchups can be fixed with Defoggers (Kart, Corv, Fini, Exca), Ttar/Chomp abusers (Kart, Clefable, Colbur Reuni even) and Pokemon like Gliscor that abuse Toxapex or Heatran.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Psychium Z when paired up with Psychic gives Volcarona access to an incredibly hard hitting Shattered Psyche, which OHKOs most non resists at +1, however the item slot being used means that Volcarona can't use Heavy Duty Boots, which makes hazards a big issue for it. Move this to the first paragraph; Mention bulksrona first here instead Giga Drain is another option that hits Pokemon like Gastrodon, Slowking, Tyranitar, and Tapu Fini super effectively, but its generally less useful then other coverage options.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Specially Bulky Pokemon**: Pokemon like Blissey, Chansey, and Heatran are able to eat anything Volcarona hits them with, unless its set up a lot of Quiver Dances, and threaten it back with Toxic, Heatran should be wary of Hidden Power Ground Variants, however. Add both Tyranitar formes here, mention they pulverize you with Stone Edge, but they fear +1 Bug Buzz if at low health. Also mention Toxapex (which might need its own section, its basically the 2nd hardest counter behind Blissey) and how it fears Psychic

**Faster Pokemon and Priority**: Pokemon that are faster then Volcarona before it can set up can force it out super effective attacks, meanwhile priority users like Mega Mawille, Mega Medicham, and Mega Lopunny can chip down Volcarona. Lastly Choice Scafers such as Greninja, Kartana, and Victini can outspeed and KO Volcarona.

Volcarona is a staple on offense builds, as it provides incredibly useful defensive utility and important resists to many Pokemon its teammates can struggle against, such as Kartana, Mega Scizor, Mega Mawile, Kyurem, and Rillaboom, along with its defensive utility its also a fierce sweeper with Quiver Dance, which allows Volcarona to set up and be a threat, using its powerful STAB combination and good coverage options, Ayo this sentence is really long if you could break up into “Volcarona is a great sweeper on offensive teams thanks to [x, y, z]. It also provides crucial defensive utility by checking [a, b, c].“ Psychic allows Volcarona to hit many of its checks, such as Toxapex and Kommo-o, and in tandem with Psychium Z gives Volcarona access to an incredibly hard-hitting Shattered Psyche, which OHKOs most non resists at +1, however, the item slot being used means that Volcarona can't use Heavy Duty Boots, which makes hazards a big issue for it. Volcarona can also run Hidden Power Ground, which allows it to hit one of its best Counters in Heatran, but causes Volcarona to falter against Pokemon like Toxapex. Mention HDB and Psychium here, and the pros and cons of each Flame Body is the preferred ability as it can punish physical attackers like Rillaboom, Mega Scizor, and Jirachi, meanwhile Timid is the preferred nature to naturally outspeed Pokemon like Urshifu-RS, Kyurem, and Excadrill while also out speeding Choice Scarf Landorus-T after a boost. Put Urshifu-RS last here, it’s probably going to revenge with Aqua Jet anyway Modest can be used if more power is desired, but ends up making Volcarona easier to revenge kill.

Volcarona appreciates having teammates that can help weaken down its checks and counters, as there are a lot of situations where it cannot set up and sweep, such as if hazards are on the field or if the opponent has a Pokemon that lives a hit from Volcarona and can KO it back, such as a Tyranitar, Garchomp, or Heatran. As such Pokemon that can punch holes through the opposing teams defensive core like Bisharp, Rillaboom, Garchomp, and Mega Medicham make for excellent teammates for Volcarona to set up its sweep, meanwhile cleaners like Hawlucha, Tapu Lele, and Zeraora can clean up lategame after Volcarona has broken the opposing team. I wouldn’t really call Zeraora a sweeper, nor have I seen CM Tapu Lele cleaning a game. Hazard control is also incredibly important when using Volcarona, Pokemon like Kartana, Corviknight, Excadrill, and Tapu Fini that can clear the field of entry hazards and let Volcarona switch in for free are key to making Volcarona function. Lastly, Gliscor deserves a mention as it can take abuse Volcarona's best counters: Heatran, Toxapex, and Blissey, and use them for free set up.

Split this section into bulky waters (fini gastro pex), Heatran, and bliss and chansey imo idt Garchomp and ttar are worth mentioning here as they need only slight chip to die to volc, if u want u can mention them as pecially bulky Pokemon

**Knock Off**: Due to Volcarona's (added apostrophe) reliance on its Heavy-Duty Boots, it cant risk setting up on the likes of Ferrothorn, Rillaboom, or and Mega Scizor. Non Heavy-Duty Boots dont have to worry about Knock Off, but they are taking hazard damage either way. Psychium Z variants don't have to worry about Knock Off, though.

**Status**: Volcarona being crippled by status Status makes it incredibly hard for it Volcarona to sweep, as paralysis from the likes of Serperior, Clefable, and Blissey means it cant freely switch in and set up on these Pokemon, meanwhile and Toxic from the likes of Chansey, Toxapex, or and Heatran will severely hinder its longevity.

1/1, however;
pls tell me if you make the substantive sort of changes i allude to in some comments
*moderately annoyed grammar noises* pls remember to briefly proofread before sending to queue, i had to read through 3x to make sure i didn't miss any apostrophes, we don't expect you catch everything but basic things like that should be better
