it's a guy skateboarding down a street. Right side's down. The guy's clear to see; the junk near the @ sign is 2 buildings at an isometric (correct term?) view and the @ symbol is something in the window/wall of one of them.

alternatively, it's the same guy on a skateboard catching or throwing a frisbee going down the street.

What are you guys talking about? This is obviously an allegory for original sin. The @ symbol is clearly reminiscent of an eye; this represents truth and knowledge. At the bottom, is the figure of a man - a circle on top of a cross - but slanted. This makes us question, why is he slanted? Did an accident occur? The top portion of the image indicates a parallel, as shown by the two slanting lines. If we extrapolate this, we come to the inexorable conclusion that this must be a pictorial representation of The Fall of Man.
