Basically I'm confused as hell since the top is stronger with defense but lower speed, bottom can be breedable ... more speed and a little weak. Which one do you think is better to keep longterm?

IVs are more useful than stats. do these have any EVs? if so, then there's really no way to tell without the exact numbers. Assuming neither of them have EVs, number one. But still IVs are infinitely more useful.
