Which side of the brain do you use more

I should sue you all.
I got dizzy and puked while looking at the two next to each other trying to make em both go in opposite directions.


well, they switch every time I close my eyes. Also, if I minimize one window and get em going at different times and stuff, they g opposite each other.

shit, gotta take a puke break.
 
It was clockwise at first, then I started seeing it counter clockwise ._.

edit: olo what I managed to turn it to clockwise again
 
Someone said it, earlier, and that's exactly what it is, now that I actually think about it. This is merely a test of your perception. You perceive the figure moving either clockwise or counterclockwise. Perceive it clockwise and you're left-brained; counterclockwise and you're right-brained. That's the idea behind the test.

One problem, though: my initial perception of the figure is usually different than the one before it. Does this mean that it's not a good test--or do I actually use both sides of my brain equally? O_O (I, personally, would usually be considered strongly left-brained, just so you know.)

I saw this some time ago, and I couldn't get it to move clockwise but this worked for me. Now I can change her direction with the power of my mind.

The two pictures side by side make her swing like a pendulum for me, I think it has to do with not focusing my attention on a single one or a single direction.

edit: actually looking at the single pic now it keeps switching between clockwise, counterclockwise, and swinging like a pendulum. god damn.
 
It seems to switch everyday for me. Day 1 it was counterclockwise (cc), yesterday it was clockwise, and now it is back to CC.

I doubt you can change which side of the brain you use on a day to day basis.
 
Strange, it was going clockwise at first, but then, after reading the entire post, it turned counterclockwise.

Then I opened up a new window and it was going clockwise again and it can't change directions. Apparently, many others have experienced the same. wtf...

I find this amazing because nearly all of what's described on the right part of the brain (i.e you see the image going clockwise) can be used to describe me.

edit: Also I just can't seem to see it move counter-clockwise and I've tried everything, is this a problem?
 
I found this a little while ago, but the first time I looked at it I was left-brained (and I was staring at it for a good 5 or so minutes) and then the next time I looked at it I was right-brained, aparantly.
 
I finally got it going counter-clockwise, mainly (and probably/possibly) because I was distracted looking at her shadow (see the rotating foot? See the other foot that appears everytime she 360's?) I was looking at that foot and it just changed directions, it's pretty amazing, how an animated gif can determine what part of the brain you're using the most at that time.

edit: Now that I checked it again, it's going clockwise again, it's possible that it changed directions while I was distracted, not completely focusing on the image, man, this might be fun to play mind games with people...

It probably has to do with when you look at the image. Either that or they use really clever GIF animation magic. I need a GIF deanimator.
