Moves
==============
  • Encore paired with Prankster lets whimsicott lets it lock opponents into non-damaging moves which teammates can capitalize on
  • U-turn provides your team with momentum, considering the switches that taunt and encore can force
  • Leech Seed is Whimsicott's only form of damage output, which can open up recovery for other teammates
  • The last move is a tossup,stun spore for speed control and the 25%=100% chance of full para, memento can be used on more offensive teams to open up chances for setup for other mons, and taunt can shut down defensive mons such as Blissey and Giratina
  • Sub + leech seed and leftovers can make for "free" subs
[Set Details]
============
  • 252 HP and Defense EVs with a Bold nature maximize Whimsicott's physical bulk, which goes a long way in helping whimsicott switch in on certain mons
  • Leftovers allow for passive recovery which quickly stacks up in tandem with leech seed
[Usage Tips]
==========
  • Whimsicott is frail and cant switch in repeatedly
  • Bring it in on a double switch or if you predict the opposition to go for a non-attacking move
  • Switch in on non-attacking moves to get a free leech seed or u-turn off
[Team Options]
==========
  • Ferrothorn largely outclasses whimsicott
  • Ho-Oh is a good teammate, as it checks whimsicott's counters
  • Whimsicott can help keep hazards off the field for pokemon like ho-oh
  • Voltturn teams can bring Whimsicott in safely
[Other Options]
============
  • U-turn prevents whim from being mgar bait,and frees whimsicott from unfavorable matchups
  • Moonblast is whimsicott's strongest stab move 2HKOing yveltal
  • Tailwind doubles the teams speed
  • Toxic can cripple walls
  • Grass whistle gets priority, but a terrible 55% accuracy makes it more of a gimmick
  • Knock off is an option, as some items are quite important to mons
[Checks and Counters]
==============
  • Magic Bounce
  • Other Grass Types
  • Ho-Oh
  • Special attackers
  • Extreme-Speed

I'm not sure what "unique qualities" this mon has... all you have given here throughout the entire analysis are either the immediately obvious or completely vague points. What else does it do over Ferrothorn or Shaymin-S that make it worth using besides Prankster Leech Seed? What mons does it reliably check in this meta besides Zekrom? Encore is an extremely risky strat in ORAS unless you are Wobbuffet because if anything you wanna switch in and Encore just outright attacks you die (Geomancy Xerneas, Calm Mind Arceus). It appears to have 4MSS out the ass as well (no sub = free Groudon switch, no taunt = free hazards for everyone, no u-turn = easily taken advantage of)

All of this has 0 detail and looks like nothing but theorymon. How does Whimsicott keep hazards away for Ho-Oh? Its a free switch for Groudon and Dialga, and doesn't stop Deoxys formes from setting hazards without Taunt. It can't pressure anything from doing whatever they want without sub + leech seed.
  • Klefki can provide spikes support
uhhhh double prankster fairy on the same team? wat

  • Switch in on non-attacking moves to get a free leech seed or u-turn off
Switch in on Toxic? Switch in on a Defog and watch the hazards that teams that Whimsicott might fit on (offensive) try so hard to keep up... disappear? Switch into Taunt and forfeit all momentum? Clarification is needed throughout the whole analysis here.

Not to mention that both Magic Bounce users just completely shit on this pokemon and it is listed last in the checks and counters... this mon seems absolutely terrible and you don't do a great job at selling it. I'll talk with other QC about its viability but for now fix the analysis to a decent standard.
