As for your question, Moody users are quite worse here given the higher power level compared to lower tiers, being unable to properly stall turns to sweep as they're easy to overwhelm and wall.

Unarchived this for a second to give more context since it has recieved some attention. This suggestion has been brought up in public and private avenues. Smeargle is the only Moody user that has ever had any relevance and the same is true when it comes to sleep users. This is functionally a complex ban. We try to avoid complex bans, yet alone two on the same pokemon. If you're having to ban two elements of the same pokemon then the pokemon itself should be suspected. Even then those don't get to the core of the issues people have with Smeargle.
