Why isnt national dex doubles a thing?

I feel like it should be a thing by now. Sun moon is outdated, all nat dex doubles would be is SM Doubles with some new pokemon. Z Crystals are in national dex, and nat dex bans dynamaxing.

We don’t have the player base to support a split format, and there’s no reason to believe adding natdex will solve this.

There are a couple other assorted reasons that I’ll let the other mods add if they wish, but that’s the biggest one.
