think they're fine atm given they have exp with scum tommy hence better meta readability. i think their take is still a bit illegible to me and would prefer they commit rather than dance in circles over their take on tommy

1. the timing of tommy's angleshoot is not only antitown, but he's also probably lying about it.
We'll start with the second part: whydon is not spewed town because it's easier to design a town role or whatever the fuck. He's spewed not-partnered-mafia because caff gave the choice for eli's role. Mafia must start the game knowing each other's identities and role PMs. This is important because based on your role, you might protect or bus your partner. The fact that eli's role could change post gamestart means that other people do not know his role, meaning he must not be a partnered mafia.
This logic is REALLY hard to see if you're town. You really only see this if you're mafia, in your scumchat, and you realize that this player can't possibly be partnered with you.
Tommy's explanation after hydro asked made no sense because I don't think that at all was what he was thinking. The real reason why whydon is spewed town is because he can't have partners. I think the explanation to hydro was some bullshit tommy made up after i called out how hard it is to see the rationale from a town POV
The timing, like I've said before, is also not what I would think Tommy would do. Tommy's a fucking asshole when he plays this game. He probably started the whole "I'm going to shark people's activities and see when they're going into conversation". I think town tommy would hold onto his angleshoot and reveal it later when the result is modspew and not modkill. Scum tommy, on the other hand, is more likely to do what he needs to do to get the slot modkilled.
2. everything tommy is doing is around not getting lynched. he's putting no effort into finding scum or solving a problem.
Firstly, tommy isn't a pgo, who puts pgo's in games. He's saying literally random shit so that people won't dayvig or lynch him. Hes not asking m2h about what he thinks of me because he cares about any of our alignments -- he's asking because he's trying to see who on his wagon he might be able to persuade to jump off. That push on M2H i think was a shit attempt at pretending to solve, and he jumps off once he realizes that m2h probably townreads him and that he can't afford the 1v1
3. he's saying a lot of things that not only reveals that he's uninterested in solving the puzzle, he's also actively making it harder for town to do their job
giving instructions for NKA to newbies is fucking stupid. saying shit like "i'm going to scumread hal as part of my ongoing effort to discredit him, but then i'm also going to say he could be town, but also he should probably be policy lynched if he's wrong, or if he's alive (see NKA)" makes everyone's life harder. He's giving his tells on me BEFORE he gets a chance to observe those tells ("Town hal probably would stop pushing me after a bit") because he's trying to paint me into a hole where I either risk getting lynched day 2 if i'm wrong or if i play into his now-public, now-useless meta of what he thinks i would do as a certain alignment

I disagree on this, the game hadn't really started so its easy for caffeine to just notify mafia chat right, do you think he believed that mafia would already have been committed like less than a page in to that extent?
