Wish keeps Jirachi healthy throughout a match, allowing it to check threats like Salamence and Hatterene more reliably. Jirachi is able to distinguish itself as a Wish passer from Umbreon thanks to its access to U-turn, allowing it to pass wishes to teammates who lack reliable recovery like Rhyperior. U-turn only helps pass wishes on switches or faster enemies. U-turn also allows Jirachi to pivot out against threats like Aegislash and Galarian Moltres. Protect ensures Jirachi will receive its Wish while also letting it gain more recovery with Leftovers. It also lets Jirachi scout Choice-locked threats like Mienshao and Keldeo. 192 Speed EVs lets Jirachi outspeed Krookodile, with the remaining EVs put in special defense and HP to better check Pokemon like Salamence and Meteor Beam Nihilego.

This set best fits on balance teams that appreciate Jirachi healing its team with Wish while bringing them in safely with U-turn. Wallbreakers that get worn down easily like Entei and Obstagoon are great teammates for Jirachi, as it can heal them up with Wish and bring them in with U-turn on targets like Celesteela and Aegislash. Rhyperior and Diancie make great teammates for Jirachi, being able to check threats like Galarian Moltres, Thundurus, and Rotom-H for it. They both enjoy Jirachi offsetting their unreliable recovery with Wish support in return. Both of them can also act as a secondary check to Salamence and Togekiss, with Diancie being able to provide cleric support should Jirachi get crippled with status. Amoonguss can check Zarude and act as a Knock Off absorber for Jirachi. Moltres also checks Zarude and can beat Steel-types like Aegislash that Jirachi lures in. Zarude and Mienshao can bring in Jirachi to safely use Wish against their checks like Togekiss and Hatterene. Zarude can remove Aegislash and Rotom-W for Jirachi, while Mienshao can cripple Amoonguss with Knock Off and offensively check threats like Umbreon and Chandelure. Rotom-W forms a great defensive core with Jirachi, being able to check threats to it like Moltres and Starmie. It also can form a VoltTurn core with Jirachi and enjoys not having to solely rely on Pain Split as recovery.

Paragraph 1
-Wish keeps Jirachi healthy throughout a match, allowing it to check threats like Salamence and Hatterene much easier more reliably. Jirachi is able to distinguish itself as a Wish passer from Umbreon thanks to its access to U-turn, allowing it to bring in teammates who lack reliable recovery like Rhyperior to regain their health as it uses Wish and keep them healthy. U-turn also allows Jirachi to pivot out against threats like Aegislash and Moltres. (I would note that it also has to be careful of the ladder's flame body)
-Protect gives an assurance for Jirachi to receive its Wish while also letting it gain more recovery with Leftovers. It can be useful for scouting Choice-locked threats like Mienshao and Primarina Krookodile. (I don't think Primarina should be taking chances with iron head flinches so I added in krook instead)
-192 Speed EVs lets Jirachi outspeed Krookodile, with the rest put in special defense Special Defense and HP to better check Pokemon like Salamence and Gardevoir.

Paragraph 2
-This set best fits on balance teams that appreciate Jirachi healing its team with Wish while bringing them in safely.
-Wallbreakers that get worn down easily like Conkeldurr and Obstagoon (neither of these two are particularly relevant examples, I'd rather mention ones like Azumarill and Keldeo) are great teammates for Jirachi, as it can heal them up with Wish and bring them in on threats like Celesteela and Aegislash (change these examples if needed) for them to muscle through.
-Rhyperior and Diancie make great teammates for Jirachi, being able to check threats like Galarian Moltres, Thundurus, and Rotom-H for it. They both enjoy Jirachi offsetting their unreliable recovery with Wish support in return. Rhyperior can also act as a secondary check to Salamence and Togekiss while Diancie can provide cleric support should Jirachi get crippled with status. (reword this a bit because both Rhyperior and Diancie check mence, this sort reads like Rhyperior is the only one that can do that)
-Amoonguss can check Zarude and act as a Knock Off absorber for Jirachi. Moltres also checks Zarude and can beat Steel-types like Aegislash and Celesteela for Jirachi.
-Zarude and Mienshao can bring in Jirachi to safely use Wish against their checks like Togekiss and Hatterene. Zarude can remove Aegislash and Rotom-W for Jirachi, while Mienshao can knock off Rocky Helmet from Amoonguss (say something like "cripple Amoonguss with Knock Off" instead, because Black Sludge can also make it annoying for Jirachi's to wear down) and offensively check threats like Umbreon and Chandelure. (not 100% on chandelure as an example, something like Zarude or Krookodile instead would work here too)
-Rotom-W forms a great defensive core with Jirachi, being able to check threats to it like Moltres and Starmie. It also can form a VoltTurn core with Jirachi and enjoys not having to solely rely on the unreliable Pain Split as recovery.

-192 Speed EVs lets Jirachi outspeed Krookodile, with the rest put in special defense and HP to better check Pokemon like Salamence and Gardevoir I don't think Gardevoir is all too mainstream yet, so another example like maybe Nihilego would probably work better here.

Paragraph 2
-This set best fits on balance teams that appreciate Jirachi healing its team with Wish while bringing them in safely.
-Wallbreakers that get worn down easily like Conkeldurr Conk has been falling off lately so an example like Nidoking or Entei would maybe work better here and Obstagoon are great teammates for Jirachi, as it can heal them up with Wish and bring them in on threats like Celesteela and Aegislash for them to muscle through.

-Amoonguss can check Zarude and act as a Knock Off absorber for Jirachi. Moltres also checks Zarude and can beat Steel-types like Aegislash and Celesteela for Jirachi. I'd note that Jirachi can lure in Pokemon for Moltres to take advantage of, like Tangrowth and Aegislash.
-Zarude and Mienshao can bring in Jirachi to safely use Wish against their checks like Togekiss and Hatterene. Zarude can remove Aegislash and Rotom-W for Jirachi, while Mienshao can cripple Amoonguss with Knock Off and offensively check threats like Umbreon and Chandelure.

Jirachi is able to distinguish itself as a Wish passer from Umbreon thanks to its access to U-turn, allowing it to bring in teammates who lack reliable recovery like Rhyperior to keep them healthy. I get what you mean, but I think you could restructure this whole section to merge the two U-turn phrases -- also, probably good to specify that u-turn only helps "pass" wishes on switches or faster enemies. U-turn also allows Jirachi to pivot out against threats like Aegislash and Galarian Moltres. Protect gives an assurance for ensures Jirachi to will receive its Wish while also letting it gain more recovery with Leftovers.
