Prior managing experience?: I have participated in alot of teamtours so i also have the idea of how i can be a good manager.
Why would you make a good captain?: I will give everything of me to make the team work, that because this is the first time in what Guatemala will have a team, and i want to be the one who manage the team to their first tour ever.

Region: Poland + Portugal
Prior managing experience? If so, please elaborate: I have managed BLT twice (semis + ongoing finals) and shadowmanaged Portugal towards the later stages of qualifying. Fish is managing PUPL and led Poland+Kiribati to ZUWC finals. Both of us have played a multitude of WCs and PLs, we are more than aware of what it takes to create a winning and good enviromnent

Why would you make a good captain?: Im aware of last year schedule issues on part of the former managers, I have better availability on that aspect and feel confident on my capitan skills to inspire the mexican people, hope this year we beat that horrible record and put on a good performance
