Worst Nuzlocke Death

My current Gold run is just a bunch of anger. I lost Mankey because I wasn't paying attention and battled a peck-wielding Goldeen during grinding. I then lost Nidoqueen to Explosion fighting the Rocket Exec with a team full of Koffing/Wheezing and soon after lost Gyarados to a critical hit self-destruct from a Graveler. Argh.

Funny thing, I just survived an explosion with Rhydon in a Randomlocke.

Crasher Wake's Floatzel taking out Nancy the Torterra with crit Ice Fang (completely forgot he had it). And then him getting ANOTHER crit (with Ice Fang) on WHOOOOOP the Quagsire.

Mother-efifng CPU, always knows when you're doing a nuzlocke to throw all crits at you. I just lost my dear Lady Feather the Pidgeot in a Y run to a Quick Attack crit.

That's why I always try to catch a Ghost-Type in a nuzlocke. To resist Explosions and Self-destructions.

Honestly my worst moment was when I fought a Breloom that survived my combuskens peck and used counter to kill it. My starter was lossed.

In Sapphire I always choose Blaziken for Nuzlockes, it's just really great especially when fighting Steven. However, during the Elite Four battle vs. Agatha:

Walrein used Sheer Cold!
Blaziken fainted!

I was crushed lol, after spending 20 hours with something and to have it die on a 30 accuracy move from a fuckin Walrein, that hurts

I know your pain T_T

I made it all the way to Red in my Silver Nuzlocke, I had TWO Pokemon from my original six (A Typhlosion and a Top Percentage Raticate, if my memory serves me correct,) I was underleveled, so it seemed.
Red. Made. Shit of me.

After weeks of grinding (in which I found a shiny Ponyta in the Silver Cave area, Shiny Clause I might add) with a new team, I faced Red again. That time the only member of the team I lost was Shuckie, the Shuckle the Pokemaniac in Cianwood gives you.

Other remarkable deaths:
-2nd Y Nuzlocke, on which I lost my starter to a Pikachu which dealt a critical hit.
-7th Emerald Nuzlocke, where the only Pokémon that survived the Champion battle was KFC the Blaziken
-3rd Diamond Nuzlocke, on which I lost the Abra that you can trade in Oreburgh City to a critical hit Shadow Claw, on the 5th gym
-1st LeafGreen Randomlocke, on which my Fire-Type Larvitar died to a Rock-Type Suicune my rival got out of nowhere ._.
-And the most fresh baked one: All of my fucking team (3 Pokémon at that time) to Lyssandre's second battle, because I forgot to heal my Pokémon

I don't currently have a smartphone that can run emulators. The one that did actually died, too, leaving behind an Ash challenge Yellow.
At least in trainer challenges Pokemon are usually not considered dead. So instead they're just lost in limbo. . . Hmm. . .

Leaf Green: Lost my level 50+ Magneton to a critical hit against my rival battle prior to the elite four. This really stung, since the Magneton was partially ev trained, my electric type, and I had been training it for over 20 levels.

Emerald: Lost my Bellossom to a critical hit Blizzard at Glacia when I switched it in since I thought Glacia was going to use surf. This cost me the run as I had no pokemon to be able to beat Wallace's water spout spam.

Platinum (current): Lost my Gyarados to Cyrus's Honchkrow that survived with 1hp, and lost my Togekiss to Saturn's Toxicroak when it got a crit. Both of these stung since I planned to use them in my team, and both of them have been raised from very low levels to the high 40s.

Right now I have a pattern for losing Pokémon: Any Pokémon whose moveset is alredy planned has a 99.99% chance of dying in a battle. Seriously, the only Pokémon who met that criteria and didn't die was my starter in Pokémon Pearl. Other ones had their moveset build up as time passed.

It also doesn't help that in my platinum nuzlocke, I've started a naming convention of naming all my pokemon foreign countries (except my first few caught pokemon, before I started the trend). Currently, all deaths have had foreign countries as names. Slightly worried.

Damn. The game is actually smart, apparently. The trend has changed know: On Pokémon White, any Pokémon that I forget to give a nickname when caught, then given a nickname afterwards are dying from OHKO critical hits. On Pokémon Pearl, two Pokémon under that criteria have died from similar causes. And on my LF Randomlocke I've lost all Pokémon but my starter (Fire-Type Pupitar) and a Swampert (Steel-Type), the only ones who were given a nickname at the moment of catching/receiving them. On W2, I caught a Riolu and forgot to give it a nickname. I fear for it's life and security. I really do.

On other news, my Mega-Lucario perished to a wild Heracross. My favorite Pokémon killing a core member of my tem. Just fuck

Darmanitan called Red in White 1. After being extremely successful and reliable throughout the whole game, it failed to OHKO a victory road trainer's Beheeyem and went down to a Psychic.
Fuck Beheeyem.
