[OVERVIEW]
Thanks to Magic Bounce, Xatu is able to stand out as a dual screens or and weather setter in PU as well as a solid setup sweeper utilizing cosmic power. Its decent bulk allows it to switch into common entry hazard setters such as Weezing and Uxie. Its above-average Speed and typing help it check the tier's various Fighting-types, though it has to watch out for coverage like Knock Off. However, outside of its matchup against bulkier and passive teams, it can often find itself overwhelmed by Pokemon such as Archeops, Lycanroc, and Heliolisk due to its subpar defensive typing. Xatu also tends to struggle against a few Stealth Rock users such as Palossand and Gigalith; this makes it difficult for Xatu to capitalize on Magic Bounce.

With its decent Speed tier and bulk, Xatu makes for a reliable dual screens setter despite not having Stealth Rock like Uxie; it can prevent opposing hazards with Magic Bounce and act as a slow pivot with Teleport. Magic Bounce is especially useful against Toxic Spikes to prevent partners such as Omastar and Silvally-Fairy from getting crippled. Teleport allows Xatu to bring in a teammate stay in the field due to its negative priority; it can even be used against Volt Switch and U-turn users. The EVs allow Xatu to always OHKO Passimian with Psychic, which typically has a good matchup against screens-based offense. Frail setup sweepers such as Toxicroak, Sword Dance Absol, and Quiver Dance Ribombee appreciate Xatu setting dual screens and bringing them safely in the field. It can also run Roost or Thunder Wave should it choose to set up weather instead.

[SET COMMENTS]
Cosmic Power Xatu is an extremely strong wincon against passive teams, as it can avoid being crippled thanks to Magic Bounce and can sweep with boosted Stored Power. Dazzling Gleam allows it to hit Dark-types such as Alolan Persian and Scrafty. Weakness Policy gives Xatu the immediate raw strength to break through Pokemon like Gigalith, as Xatu can stomach super effective hits more easily with Cosmic Power. Going itemless after Weakness Policy has been consumed can prove valuable against Poltergeist and Knock Off users such as Gourgeist-small and Passimian respectively. Cosmic Power Xatu appreciates dual screens support from Pokemon like Uxie for an easier time setting up. Outside of screens-based teams, Weezing makes for a good partner, thanks to its ability to spread status with Will-O-Wisp and Toxic Spikes, which makes it easier to set up and sweep. Even with support, Xatu often has to set up against weaker Pokemon like Vaporeon, as it requires multiple boosts to not get overwhelmed by threats such as Archeops and Heliolisk.

[OVERVIEW]
Xatu is able to stand out with Magic Bounce and an arsenal of support options in PU. Xatu can support through setting up Screens, weather, pivoting with Teleport, or being a win-con itself. It has the decent bulk to switch into common hazard setters such as Weezing and Uxie. Its above-average speed and typing help it check the tier's various Fighting-types although they mostly have coverage for it too. However, outside of its matchup against bulkier passive teams, it can often find itself overwhelmed by pokemon such as Archeops, Lycanroc, and Heliolisk specifically because defensive typing isn't great. one of these places needs a mention of bad defensive typing. Xatu also tends to struggle against a few Stealth Rock users, such as Regirock and Gigalith, limiting the effectiveness of Magic Bounce.
most of the info is good but the writing here feels off, like sentences that end slightly weird that I'd give a tune-up. I don't think they're grammatically wrong but things like "or being a win-con itself" and "an arsenal of support options" just kinda read weird

With its decent speed tier and bulk Xatu makes for a reliable Screen setter unnecessary sentence, rather fold it into the latter or delete. While it does not have Stealth Rock like Uxie, it can prevent opposing hazards with Magic Bounce and is a slower pivot with Teleport. Magic Bounce is especially useful against Toxic Spikes to prevent set up sweeping partners such as Omastar and Silvally from getting crippled. Teleport allows for safe set up and will not get invalidated by potential U-turn or Volt Switch like could happen to Uxie. would help to explain these EVs since they'er far from immediately obvious Frail setup sweepers such as Sword Dance Absol and Quiver Dance Ribombee appreciate the pivot especially. Psychic allows Xatu to check Passimian, which typically has a good matchup against screens offense, and lets Xatu be less passive in general. Xatu can also run Roost or Thunder Wave should it choose to set up Weather instead.

Cosmic Power Xatu is an extremely strong win-con against passive teams. Xatu is unable to be worn down by Toxic or Spite Pyukumuku is not a thing anymore so who is using spite and can quickly run through with boosted Stored Power run through what?. Dazzling Gleam allows it to hit Dark-types such as Alolan Persian and Scrafty. Weakness Policy gives Xatu the raw strength faster to break through pokemon like Gigalith before they can get a critical hit. Going itemless after Weakness Policy can prove valuable against Poltergeist and Knock Off users such as Froslass and Passimian respectively. Cosmic Power Xatu appreciates Screen dual screens support from pokemon like Uxie for an easier time setting up. Outside of Screens, Weezing makes a good partner for being able to spread Willo wisp Will-O-Wisp and Toxic Spikes; making it easier to set up and sweep. Though, delete the though even with support Xatu often has to set up late game less late game and more in specific scenarios where it can grab multiple boosts as it requires multiple boosts to not be blown back use any other phrase by Pokemon such as Archeops and Heliolisk.

Magic Bounce is especially useful against Toxic Spikes to prevent set up sweeping (dont rlly see the point in mentioning this as u already mention how this set is used on screens ho -> fair, but you could've also changed it to "setup sweepers" instead of removing it entirely, since it doesn't really add unnecessary info) partners such as Omastar and Silvally-Fairy from getting crippled.
