Yanmega OU team

Okay, first of all I apologize cause I suck at writing in english, I'm a mexican and I'm not too good with that, the point of this team started because I wanted to use yanmega, tinted lens is a fucking amazing ability and I needed to use it, I realized Yanmega needs a taunt partner, and a fast one, and no one like aero like that... this is my first team so dont be too hard with me.

Dante (Aerodactyl) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
---

I choose this guy cause he Taunts other SR users, spikes, etc. is an excellent partner for yanmega, stone edge hits very hard, i dont like to use rock slide, especially with gyara.. pretty standard lead for the moment..

I needed a swampert,gyara and scizor counter, and for that job this guy is the best, takes fight/grass attacks mainly... i was thinking to run here t-wave>h-wave, and make my cleric bliss a wish bliss... but i dunno..

Nobody specwalls better than bliss, the aromatherapy support fits here incredibly, i was having tons of problems with WoW and all status, every fire,ice,electric attack my yanmega could receive is sponged by bliss, then i just twave for halving speed to make yanmega sweeps more easy.

Ability: Clear Body

I was using CBgross, but i realized i needed to take stone edges and strong physical attacks,, and this set is fucking cool, all quakes and close combats are taken by my zapdos, ice punch is for outraged mence, i was having too much trouble with that. light screen gives nice support to yanmega, cause his sp def sucks!

This is the reason i made this team, i always wanted to use yanmega, but the metagame has too much SR today, with aero and starmie im just keeping sweeping with this guy, I usually use u-turn first to see which counter my opponnent has for me, and then i just clean the field of SR for my yanmega,
is just amazing seriously, i was using a Choice scarf set but it lacks power.

Troubles:
Im experiencing difficult times with infernape mostly, i need to predict correctly if i want to kill him with starmie or zapdos respectly..
 
Not a bad team, but i have a couple of suggestions..

Take the Specs and U-Turn off of Yanmega. If your trying to get the full potential out of Yanmega, give him a LO and exchange U-Turn for protect, and change the ability to speed boost. Protect and get your boost and then start sweeping. Also, if your specd and locked into HP Ground, its way to easy for someone to switch into it and set up on him, because of all of the flying/levitaters out there right now. Keep Surf on Starmie, you dont need GK. This team looks like it could get torn up by DD Tar, since he deals SE damage on all of you people except for Aero, who is incredibly frail as it is. Possibly get rid of Light Screen for Bullet Punch on Metagross, to give you some priority and somewhat of an answer against DD Tar.

Infernape does rape the brains out of this team, you'll want to work on your Ice weakness, Yache Berry possibly? Electivire, as with the many teams it does will also rape this team. I suggest you bring in a physical wall, such as Gliscor to take on and PP stall them out. Try it bro, Infernape is a puta rubia.
 
Yanmega /is/ amazing, and I totally agree with your logic in terms of move choice and ability choice. If you run into a problem, you'll usually have enough speed to u-turn out of a problem, whilst also doing some extremely decent damage. You have enough revenge killers on your team to support him (Starmie does a good job, countering dangerous fire and ice attacks whilst rapid spinning hazards) That said, I think you should swap out Starmie's Leftovers for a Life Orb or Expert Belt. Starmie has recover already, and should be revenge killing, not holding out against a stall, so Leftovers wouldn't be very useful, at least in this particular role.

Other than that, your team seems really well orchestrated to make the most of Yanmega and give him the support he needs. Well done!

Ok, you are totally right, ddtar fucks me, I have not encountered one but you are fucking right, i really want to use tinted lens yanmega ability, thats my point in this team.. though the thing you say seems very good too, i will test it, specially bullet punch gross!thanks :)

hahaha you are right, the ape fucks me a lot, my only counter is starmie, thats the only way i can kill him, but i cant find a place for gliscor... maybe for aerodactyl?
