Belly Drum and Extreme Speed turns Zigzagoon into a very deadly late-game cleaner, letting it KO fast offensive threats such as Ponyta, Staryu, and Choice Scarf Porygon and even bulky threats such as Mareanie and Foongus after entry hazards. Thief is great coverage that hits Ghost-types like Frillish, and it also allows Zigzagoon to beat Ferroseed, one of its biggest checks. Protect allows Zigzagoon to avoid Fake Out from Mienfoo. Entry hazard support from Dwebble, Ferroseed, and Pawniard is vital for Zigzagoon to break through teams and sweep. Memento Diglett on balance teams and dual screens Natu on hyper offense teams provide Zigzagoon more opportunities to set up with Belly Drum.

This little raccoon has been devastating teams in Smogon Champions League!(Would like some sort of reference to SCL, as Zig is one of the biggest trend in the tour) Zigzagoon's access to Belly Drum and Extreme Speed turns it Zigzagoon into a very deadly late-game cleaner, KOing fast offensive threats such as Ponyta, Staryu, and Abra(use a diff example cuz sash abra exists), and even bulky threats such as Mareanie and Foongus after Stealth Rock damage. Thief is great coverage hits Ghost-types and can steal Eviolite to make it more difficult to revenge kill.(The second part isn't really accurate. You should focus on how Thief hits Ferroseed specifically, since it is one of its biggest checks.) Protect allows Zigzagoon to avoid Fake Out from Mienfoo. Berry Juice allows it to heal back up to full after using Belly Drum. Entry hazard support from Dwebble, Ferroseed, and Pawniard is vital for Zigzagoon to break through teams and sweep. Diglett is able to trap Normal-resistant foes such as Pawniard. Screens support form Natu makes Zigzagoon very bulky and lets it set up Belly Drum much more efficiently. Memento from Cottonee and Diglett weakens foes and gives Zigzagoon free entry. (Condense this down. Something like "Memento Diglett on balance teams and dual screens Natu on hyper offense teams provide Zigzagoon with more opportunities to set up with Belly Drum." cuz you realistically are never going to fit both options on the same team.)
