OP Inspired by 1v1 World Cup

Welcome to the second edition of the World Cup of ZeroUsed. This year, 13 teams are battling it out to see who can claim to be the ZU World Champions. 1st place team will receive $500 USD to be split between all team members.

Rules
General Rules:
- General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
- If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
- Battles must take place on either Smogtours or Pokemon Showdown!
- Replays are required. Any win post without replays will not be counted

Substitutions:
- If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to us or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
- When making a substitution, please the host team, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware.
- Keep in mind once a player is subbed out, they cannot be subbed back into the same round, but can be put back onto the roster for next round.
- Substitutions will not be allowed in tiebreak series unless both teams agree (or TDs enforce double sub). We will be reluctant to give activity wins to those who are clearly fishing for them.

Sportsmanship:
- Note the sportsmanship infraction may be used liberally this ZUWC, and any unsportsmanlike conduct on the forums, in the tours games, or ZU discord will be grounds for an infraction.

Nordics (4) vs (4) France
SV ZU: pannu vs Micciu -- Seems better from what I remember
SV ZU: eifo vs Mimilucha -- has more games under their belt and also clutched up during playoffs to secure team's spot
SV ZU: SammyCe123 vs Cherbou -- doing v well, very french name as well
SV ZU: Haffling vs Tuthur -- also doing v well, captain leading the charge. Would've liked to see him play Fille instead since they're both doing great.
SV ZU: Fille vs Hiko -- has only dropped a game so far and locked up the tb after losing said game
SS ZU: Leni vs PandaDoux -- doing better here iirc
SM ZU: Quagg vs Yovan -- Quagg be doing good recently and yovan is not a zu player anymore
BW ZU: Shing vs BlazingDark -- BD 3-0'd in SV, now they're in BW and im not really sure whats the call. Not like BD can't BW, but i'm not sure if they'll be catching whatever curveball Shing wants to throw. Can see it go either way for sure

Not sure what Nords would pick for TB, but I'd assume at least 2 SV with eifo/Fille vs Cherbou/Tuthur.
