Act Two
As the curtain closes on the two collapsed Pokemon and then reopens, so begins act two. While Leader LouisCyphre resumes the play with a familiar face—that of Washington the Sableye, Geodude6 sends in a new adversary: Salamence. Both are intimidating in their own right, but Sableye has lost a large chunk of health, giving Salamence an early advantage. Speaking of Intimidate, as Salamence enters the battle, he lets loose a roar so terrifying that it even frightens the denizens of the dark. The ball set in motion, Salamence quickly anticipates a painful attack, and erects a protective barrier around itself. As Washington begins to move, Salamence's premonition is proved well-founded, and his Protect harmlessly deflects an Ice Punch that would otherwise have dealt some massive damage. Now onto offense, Salamence opens its maw and releases a billow of flame, which strikes Lou's prankster for surprisingly paltry damage. Sableye, on the other hand, responds with another Ice Punch, which connects this time, causing massive damage to his opponent. Not holding back, Sableye creates a bond with his foe and shares his pain, equalizing their health, but this neutrality is quickly ended by a wave of heat launched from Salamence's mighty wings, bringing an end to the round.Leader LouisCyphre:

EDIT: Woah, woah, woah. Hold up. How does Sableye have 32 energy when he previously had 28 and didn't chill in between? Also how did he have 53 HP at the beginning of this round when he had 41 at the end of the last round, and didn't heal in between? Unless there's something incredibly obvious that I'm missing here...

Geodude6 its come to my attention that Lou's been involved in some fairly extenuating circumstances that have necessitated his absence from the Internet.
I spoke with MK and we agreed the fair thing to do is to suspend this challenge indefinitely, when Lou returns the battle will be picked up and in the meantime you are free to challenge another gym.
