power items count as one of the 5iv's that the destiny knot passes so you're not guaranteed a 6IV using that method. If you have a 6iv ditto as a parent definitely give that a destiny knot and an everstone to your other parent (providing it has the desired nature)

also ShinyRegice I'm having the worst luck with these mienfoo :(

Ummm.... Guys, since when do pokemon x and y allow us to RNG capture/bread a shiny Charmander with Solar Power (Caught in a repeat ball)?

If you want to know why I am asking, Issues has one in his list of Shiny Kalos Collection on his thread.
http://www.smogon.com/forums/thread...-shiny-import-shiny-update-2-16-2014.3498319/

I thought the Dreamworld starter pokemon can never be shiny or RNG bred. Or am I mistaken?
You can catch starters in the Friend Safari (in this case it would be a Charmeleon).
Catch a female, and it can pass down it's repeat ball.
There's a chance that friend safari pokemon have their hidden ability, so if you're lucky, and get a HA Female Charmeleon in a repeat ball, you can breed it until you get a shiny.

Kanto and Kalos starters with their respective hidden abilities are available via Friend Safari. If you managed to catch a female one with a unique PokéBall and breed it, the offsprings will inherit the mother's Pokéball (and Hidden Ability).

EDIT: Greninja'd

Suggestions for 4th move?

Mawile - 252 HP, 252 ATK, 6 DEF

Play Rough, Iron Head, Sucker Punch

Ice Fang, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang or Poison Fang?

You should ditch Iron Head, as it really doesn't' do anything Play Rough and Sucker Punch can't

Swords Dance/ Substitute and Pain Split are more important.

Thanks for the advice, but it's kind of too late for me to get Pain Split now.
Then you probably want sub/sword with Play Rough and Sucker Punch.

Mawile is strong enough that if you get down a Sub and a Dance you will punch holes through even things that resist those moves. If you thing you can reliably get down a sub and there is one threat you are particularly worried about you could go for a fang move, but what going to take extra damage from a Fang move that Fairy (excellent neutral cover) and SUcker Punch (great counterpart to fairy, and a decent priority move) can't?

All out attacking on such a tanky pokemon would be such a waste.
