The safest option here is for Fidgit to Reflect then attack and for Druddigon to attack. Fidgit can dispel A1 next round imho since we should be maximising damage. I am looking at ~273 damage this round for 197 HP left which should leave Malaconda in one round range (Two attacks from Mence, Drudd, and Gengar and One from Fidgit next round should take it out). Though if you want to dispel Salamence with Fidgit A2 this round you can; it just means we are being a bit more cautious.

Shadow Mend from Gengar + Dispel from Fidgit on Salamence helps ensure it lives the round. Otherwise just attack. We could finish it this round but Blood Beserk and Druddigon being paralysed again means it is just too risky to finish it this round. If you REALLY want to be safe, then a Heal Pulse from Fidgit on Salamence is an option. We should be able to finish the job at the start of next round.
