    Some people like to receive them at lvl 50 so I usually keep an UT version, a lvl 50 version, and a lv 100 version.

    Sorry but someone else is already training the Litwick for me. Your method is fine though so if you find a pokemon on there without anything about its EVs, I'll give you a shot.
    I use Vitamins and then I do it the normal way. Is that okay with you?
