Eelektross is probably my least favourite pokemon this gen... For me it draws a comparison with Electivire, the fail Electric-type of Gen-4. OU play is really not suited for this shocking eel. Great attacking stats are severly hindered by horrendous speed. A shame really. :/

Well I personally wouldn't use Swarm over Flame Body because there's always a chance that you score some sweet ParaHax which really cripples physical sweepers. Not that it would survive very well around Phys-Sweepers.
