Balanced team featuring FWG core and dueling dragons

You should just use Weakness Policy Dragonite with DD/Outrage/ExtremeSpeed/Earthquake Earthquake> Fire Punch for the ability to hit Tyranitar without being locked, Aegislash harder and no kings shield to worry about, and Mawhile harder.

Balanced team featuring FWG core and dueling dragons

Will-O-Wisp looks to really hurt this team, with Sableye and Physical variant Rotom-W being the main ones that pop into my head. Sableye is only really countered by your Volcarona. Physical Rotom-W does well against almost all except your own rotom and Breloom who does fear switching into WoW.

Gen 5 The OU Viability Ranking thread

the problem is he's usually choiced and easy to predict and wall, forcing switches and more rock damage. if he runs LO, recoil damage + life orb damage makes him not able to switch back in. should u use a move like CC, his defenses becomes paper and is easily revenged by priority. still a great...

Gen 5 The OU Viability Ranking thread

I have always used Aerodactyl on my teams and the best set is by far: stone edge/rock slide (preference) EQ Taunt Roost They lead Deoxy's D? No problem taunt it and spam your chosen stab move on the switch since only 4 pokemon in the game double resist rock. I go with stone edge because I...

    The Missing Gene

its more of a revenge killer...even tho genesect had the resistences, it still wasnt considered very bulky either..and the fight resistence is always nice.

    The Missing Gene

Genesect is faster, has STAB on U-turn, Porygon-Z has no access to a way out other than switching and as strong as a adaptability tri-attack is, its resisted by so much and isnt the best move to lock urself into in the OU metagame. And yes infernape is beast, but one of the best pokemon it...

    The Missing Gene

I agree in that these are the two pokemon that will see a great rise in usage. I also will say that Zapdos might see more usage in OU now since it will normally be seen running either a regular defensive set/sub roost or the offensive set, which is easily countered by a scarfed ice beam by genesect.

    Ubers Survivor

Dialga Its bulk up + rest + sleep talk set with max HP and SpDef is one of the best late game sweepers, able to defeat even the likes of Groudon after getting up a bulk up on the switch. With rocks up and Dragon tail, its one of the most annoying but effective pokemon.

What about Chlorophyll like Exeggutor Sawsbuck and Victreebel? Id say D-Rank because all of the different weathers out there preventing them from performing well consistently, but under the sun they're all pretty deadly.

Pokemon of the Week #16: Latias

Love the addition of Thick fat, really helps him stay in the game longer. Makes him much easier to pair with a pokemon like Forretress, Ferrothorn and Skarmory which would otherwise bring you two pokemon weak to one of the most common types of the game already. Important to have rocks up because...
