Is it still possible to RNG abuse a shiny breed with someone else's ID/SID, then trade it to them so it hatches shiny for them? I couldn't find any information on this and it didn't work for me when I tried it.

I was just trying to RNG a shiny Litwick on my White Edition with ID 00000 and SID 24802, but apparently I can neither catch nor breed any shiny pokémon at all. RNGReporter does not find any results at all. I assume that my ID somehow causes shiny checks to always fail, can someone explain to me...

I've been trying everything I can think of to download RadioSeed.exe from the start posts in this thread, but it didn't work. Can someone who has it/can download it upload it somewhere else for me? I really need it for some RNG-projects :( .

Except it just tells me "File not found", that's why I'm asking ;) . EDIT2: Nope, right click and save as won't work. Can anyone upload the program for me?

Does anyone still have the Radio Seed program (and could upload it for me)?
