You could use a pursuiter to stop Gengar, and just get some special attacker with grass knot for the bulky waters. I personally use Empoleon, but you could use Starmie or Celebi as well. You could also give your Latias grass knot in place of hidden power, since Electivire already knows a fire...

I had some trouble running Breloom on the same set as Togekiss because the paralysis got in the way of spore. I'd hate to see what would happen with three T-wavers on a team. I'd suggest switching it out for another pokemon less reliant on other statuses besides paralysis.
