Recover is a lot better than Roost, Latias will lose its ground immunity if it Roosts, but otherwise they're identical.

If Golurk isn't working out, Spiritomb would be a good choice to add special bulk. I suck at EVs, but putting plenty of HP and Attack would be good to abuse Sucker Punch and/or Shadow Sneak, since you lack priority as well.

Since all your serious threats are weak to Ice, I'd switch Rotom's Hidden Power to Ice type. Celebi can dish out massive damage to Gastrodon, and Swampert isn't seen too much anymore anyways. It also gives you help with dealing with Dragonite if Tentacruel can't deal with him due to prior damage.

Registeel still works in UU, even with Victini chucking VCreates at everything that moves. It doesn't get any reliable healing, but its defences make up for that a bit. It also is still good at getting Stealth Rocks up, and it spreads status around too.
