I played against a team where every single pokemon was doing this assist + dragon tail thing. Switching in Nattorei/Rugged Helmet every turn was a great counter!

The Reshiram and Zekrom stones are just storyline items, they're not hold items. The God stone is probably not in Black/White at all, and we'll have to wait for the 3rd game to see what it does. It may very well just be a storyline item in that game too.

Yes. It was never confirmed that Encourage would prevent Superpower stat drops, that was just a rumor everyone blew out of proportion. Dunno how big the Encourage boost is, if it's x1.5 then Crush Claw will do more damage than Return (albeit at a lower accuracy)

Insekuta looks solid with a Choice Scarf. Bug/Steel resistances and those good defenses make it not too hard to switch into something, then Download gives you an outstanding attack or special attack stat to run a mixed set off of. You even have Selfdestruct for cleanup!
