Another change you could possibly make is switch rotom to gastrodon for opposing rotom-w. Rotom-w has moves that hit 4/6 of your pokemon for SE damage on its standard set and it can possibly carry HP ice/trick for latias or HP grass for your own Rotom. Just something to consider, it might ruin...
