In my opinion, Hydreigon is too good to be below weezing (not on the list at all), it should be at least C+, although azumarill, sylveon are all hard counters, it still posesses tools to 2hko most of the metagame. With its unique typying it poses a great switch-in into Aegislash, Rotom-W etc...
