As stated in your post, waters give you some trouble here. You'll need to do some tricking of some sort to not get chipped to death by residual damage as well. It looks fairly easy to stall your team out. You're relying on making some good guesses early, which personally isn't preferred by me...

I wish I didn't get DQ'd, Houndoom seems like the perfect counter for this whole team.
