    Sorry for the delay. I did as you said, and I got the same as you did for the cmd bit and I have attached a screenshot of it. I still got the same error in step 4. I have attached a screenshot of my results from step 5, but I can't see if they are the same as yours.

    Hi, when I try to start Hotspot, I get the error "The method or operation is not implemented." I can see the Instacheck access point on my 3DS, but I get an error if I try to connect to it on my 3DS. I have set the hostednetwork to allow and I can see the Virtual Wifi miniport in my devices...
