I'm that last part...I don't feel right getting a pokedex completion unless it's actually completed.

I don't really have any extra legendaries unfortunately. I pretty much have the shiny luxray(not so great one too) and some possible spitbacks up for trade. That's about it.

LF: Help with my national dex. Only need shaymin and raikou left. (looking for any nature /iv's etc.) I have 1 shiny luxray and 1 spitback gooey goomy for trade and I can breed a spitback squirtle with aura sphere if wanted too.

I would like to keep whatever pokemon I get. It's not only to finish the dex, it's to keep it finished. That way I don't have to touch trade every new game I get.
