Yeah I was thinking that too. I even KOd Deoxys and went through the barrage of cut scenes to get to the Battle Resort to confirm the perfect IVs. I've been using primer balls to catch it, saving my masterball for a rare shiny.

I've been soft reseting for a decent IV naive rayquaza. Right now I have one at 30-31/27-28/30-31/30-31/17-18/30-31. Should I toss it or keep it?
