Those are the gender ratios for non-50/50 gender ratio pokemon. 12.5 is 12.5% female / 87.5% male 25 is 25% female / 75% male 75 is 75% female / 25% male

Yeah, that would do it :) Try it again now, and see if your results are better.

Is your DS clock perfectly synched to the clock that you are resetting by? That's the only thing I can think of that would set you off. :\
