That's weird.. My starters were at frames as 93, 97, 112 etc. I managed to get a Shiny Chikorita at frame 97, so I wonder what could be the cause of that then? Also, I just got a Shiny Dratini in Dragon's Den (method 1), frame 2 as I have Latios roaming.

When checking the adjacent frames, what's the range you're looking for? Even when taking the egg as soon as possible, it's possible to hit frame 12+. Also, when verifying the coin flips, make sure you don't make any mistakes. It's possible to have THTHTTHHTT and THTHTTHHT close to each other...

What you did, is advancing the IRNG for eggs. Tapping the Poketch apps don't affect the other RNG's at all.

Seconds: It all depends on timing =p Delay: The longer it takes to start the game from the moment you SR untill you press Continue, the higher the delay. Try to start the game at the same speed as much as possible.

Still, it would be easier for people to understand if it just says +2.
