Regirock gets owned by Grass Knot, Registeel and Metagross by HP Fire. They are too powerful. However I think Wobbuffet in OU can be pretty cool! =D

I saw the video and the guy who filmed doesn't seems really that good, he was getting owned by an UU team. :\ And I still say that Weavile can do much better things than trying to predict physical attacks with Counter and Focus Sash.

No, imo it doesn't work, except for rare cases where they use Cscarf Heracross as starter or else. Weavile is too fragile and using Counter means not having another Attack for sweeping, like Pursuit/ Swords Dance/ Brick Break which can be very useful. There is also the Stealth Rock problem, you...
