@chomzloh, catch a Wurmple in the Petalburg Woods. No matter what it evolves into, it must learn both Whirlwind and Silver Wind, and may not forget those moves. It may never be the lowest leveled Pokemon in your team. (I'm assuming I'm allowed to assign Wurmple, seeing as it can evolve.)

@Cayr: Use a Makuhita. To evolve, it must have both Fake Out and SmellingSalt. It must keep those moves. Looking to start a challenge in Platinum. No trades. I need a Surfer and Flier. Other than that, OP rules. Edit- Final team: Chimchar- Needs Torment, Nasty Plot, Flame Wheel, and Fury...
